We have a 1983 Raymond reach truck that is an absolute beast. Someone jack legged a repair job years ago which caused the hydraulic multiplier solenoids to get crushed and they started leaking and failing one by one. A forklift repair company and two hydraulic repair shops couldn't help. The parts are obsolete and have been for decades.
I called summit and spoke to Patrick, at length, and a hydraulic multiplier was sent the same day. He was a wealth of knowledge.
Today we were able to retro fit it and "Big Ray" lives to lift another day. Cheapest, Best Customer Service, and Fast...a trifecta we rarely see in business.

This company is top notch! From helping me to determine what kit fits my tractor best and discussing the whole system layout. After talking to Patrick I took a week to figure out what I needed for my tractor. I then called to place the order. I then spoke with David. I can t say enough about the help these two guys had giving me. From laying out every fitting to hoses from the hydraulic controls to my third function. When I installed it I had it working but it was not working like I thought it should. So I called Patrick walked me though a few things where I had made a few mistakes on my install. It worked great after the adjustment. From beginning to end this company is top notch. Don t hesitate to buy from them! I am blown away with how great their customer service was!
