TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND POOR QUALIFY PRODUCTS. I would never use products of this company again and would never recommend this company to other people. 2 years after my purchase of their pedicure chairs, they are already acted up and got so many problem. I reached out to the company to see if they can schedule a technician out to diagnose the problem. They tried to facetime me to do that. Yes, FACETIME. How can you diagnose a mechanical problem through facetime? Then they told me it cost $235/hour for technician to come out. Then bottom line they told me the problem is very easy I can just buy the new part and replace the part myself. YES, DO IT MYSELF! I'm speechless and extremely disappointed. I should have done my research before purchasing their products. But never again LEXOR will have my business. I will reach out to T4 to see if they can help me.
