TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND POOR QUALIFY PRODUCTS. I would never use products of this company again and would never recommend this company to other people. 2 years after my purchase of their pedicure chairs, they are already acted up and got so many problem. I reached out to the company to see if they can schedule a technician out to diagnose the problem. They tried to facetime me to do that. Yes, FACETIME. How can you diagnose a mechanical problem through facetime? Then they told me it cost $235/hour for technician to come out. Then bottom line they told me the problem is very easy I can just buy the new part and replace the part myself. YES, DO IT MYSELF! I'm speechless and extremely disappointed. I should have done my research before purchasing their products. But never again LEXOR will have my business. I will reach out to T4 to see if they can help me.

I m very happy with Lexor, both as a company and quality spa chairs. I took over a nail salon, and immediately wanted a give it a new look. I did my research on all the different brands. Lexor won me over first with their customer support. A lady named Phoebe helped with my purchase. She explained thoroughly all my options, as well as went over carefully all the different promotion for each tier of chairs. To be fair, i just took over a salon and now having to fork out money for new chairs and furnitures, so i can say that money was a little tight, i had to be sure of my purchase. The other brands customer service didn t have the patience Lexor s sale rep did. Through her, i learned the different features the chairs offer. Their automatic water turn off, the leather is nail polish and acetone proofed, as well as the colorful led bowls are some of the features that won me over.
All and all, i had a very pleasant experience purchasing with Lexor. All the clients love the chairs, my technicians love them too. 5 stars from me

Thay lie to customers and awful service poor products

Every company will have problems sometime during their life time of the business, but Lexor will never let you down, if you ever have a problem, they will take care of it, with their 24hrs customer service and their warranties , you know you are on a good hand.

This is the best place to shop for your nail salon furniture. Their tech support, in my view, is the best in class.
