We have a 1983 Raymond reach truck that is an absolute beast. Someone jack legged a repair job years ago which caused the hydraulic multiplier solenoids to get crushed and they started leaking and failing one by one. A forklift repair company and two hydraulic repair shops couldn't help. The parts are obsolete and have been for decades.

I called summit and spoke to Patrick, at length, and a hydraulic multiplier was sent the same day. He was a wealth of knowledge.

Today we were able to retro fit it and "Big Ray" lives to lift another day. Cheapest, Best Customer Service, and Fast...a trifecta we rarely see in business.
