Their Ventura Development has longstanding major water issues. Imagine going days and days and days only having water in the evenings. Its been months and there seems to be no end.
@summercon - It speaks volumes of your guys' customer care that so much effort is taken to reply obviously because my review is public. Yet an extensive email sent to your team internally was treated as gum under your shoe. I will continue to go public about this water problem because the bottom line remains that a complex was built in an area to which there is no adequate water supply by the city.

Summercon exploits their employees by making them start work at 6am!!! I live near the upcoming Ventura development and it's noisy from 6am. Truly pathetic from a well-known developer!!!
I purchased an apartment in one of the Summercon complexes. What I would like to comment on is how friendly and helpful everyone has been. From salesperson, to admistrator, to the attorneys who handled the transfer and finally the maintenance team assisting with the odd query.
