Superb small theatre with great as t classes for kids. Classes are very much focused on all aspects of the stage and bring kids to life. Very diffrent from the factory stage school type groups.

Never seen a bad production in more than a decade of attending their plays.

My daughter has been in several productions here and they were all fabulous. The people who run this place deserve medals for their dedication and love of theatre - they provide a most marvelous opportunity for those interested in performing arts.

Really good theatre. The youth theatre is absolutely fantastic and the touring shows never cease to amaze. Bravo!

Such an amazing youth theatre! You are surrounded by such friendly people that help you grow in confidence as a person and as an actress. It is fun, worthwhile and I have learned a great deal, I would recommend it to anyone.

I've been with the Youth Theatre for over 7 years and have to say it's probably the best thing i've been involved in. I'm so lucky to have it on my doorstep and Lucy - the youth theatre leader- is an inspiration with her endless energy and enthusiasm and is one of the best at what she does.
It's not only played a pivotal part in my decision to pursue acting professionally (i'm off to East 15 Drama school this september) but also has given me some life long friends. The beauty of the youth theatre is that although it has an amazing track record for producing wonderful shows of often a professional standard, you don't have to want to be a performer to enjoy and be part of it. Just being able to go into a space and play has given me so many fun days down the years!

So much going on there from kids lessons to something for the seniors and everything in-between. I've seen some wonderful shows hosted by Forest Forge Theatre and highly recommend a night out or join a class

Forest Forge is a magnificent local theatre company. The Youth Theatre is an inspirational place for young people from 6-21 and produces sensitive, artistic, creative minded and most of all confident individuals with a host of tools to face the world with. Lucy is warm, funny and caring and treats every member of the Youth Theatre with the greatest respect.
The older groups perform beautiful, ensemble theatre based on team work over individuals which are a p!easier to watch.
In addition the venue is used to preview touring shows and as a venue for visiting companies. If you get the chance to visit or see a show touring in a local rural venue, do it!

Fabulous drama club for children! Jo is an excellent teacher, kind, patient and fun :)
