Wonderful place amidst the lush greenery of the nature. Tasty food, friendly staff, nice ambience, exciting adventure games both indoors n outdoors. The rooms were comfortable but could have been maintained better. Overall an amazing experience.

Stremedge is a grt place to see . Those who are have work strss to get 100% relaxation it a better place to select and enjoy . Food is really good it's a local traditional food u Will get here . If we explain about it u will not get any idea you have to go and fell of it . Right time to select is rainy session. Because to go for tracking . Tracking u may go any ware but here it will give u different experience .

I stayed here for a day. The service was amazing and staff was very helpful. The food was amazing. Great place to stay if you are planning for a trip with group of friends.

Very good weekend getaway. Rooms are very good. Food is extremely good. Have football, volleyball, archery, dart, table tennis, cricket, Foosball, carom, badminton, trampoline games in the play arena. Have around 15 bicycles to roam around. also have a rope walk and zip line but very very small(adventure lovers will not like it at all). Trekking sites are also very good.

i Am absolutely happy with the Weekend stay with along another 3 families during the weekend from 8th to 10th Jan , 2020. Sindhu , Owner is super helpful and will guide completely from the planning till we reach there and even while on the stay . RAJU , the person who takes care there for the guests is an absolute GEM . RECOMMEND everyone to Visit STREAMEDGE as its built up on a huge area and also have every possible games and recreation available . Looking forward to visit soon.

Fantastic place to stay! We stayed at Streamedge for 2 Nights (28th & 29th Aug) and it was a splendid experience. We were amazed at the location and the breath-taking views and the friendly service. The ambience was spectacular, accommodation was fantastic, service and hospitality were heartwarming.

The pathways to rooms and the grounds were very clean and beautiful. It had spectacular views - misty mountain decorated by lush green forests and a Stream attached to this place. The staff treated us like their own family, Special thanks to Bharath and Rajesh for the hospitality extended to us.

The best part which we all liked were, Location, Ambience, Playing in the Stream, Morning/Evening Stroll outside the homestay in the midst of Nature and our very own Karaoke Night on Saturday. We were awake till 12:30 AM on that day...We had to wind up as we were travelling back the next day. We all had a great time.

We will definitely and strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a wonderful relaxing time.

Thanks to the management and all staff members for the hospitality. Looking forward to certainly coming back again!

Recently stayed over at Streamedge for a night. The ambiance, atmosphere and food were excellent. The staff were very supportive. Looking forward to coming back here . Overall, a wonderful experience.

Went there along with our team to visit Sakleshpur and had a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms were clean and maintained good. They have good arrangement for Karaoke, Camp Fire, Mud Volleyball and Shower dance ( with peppy music ). Apart from this there are several games like TT, Carrom, Archery, Foosball which you can enjoy.

Good location and amenities, best food ever had in a remote getaway, lots to do for a 3day - 2nights. Go with family Or lots of like minded friends. Price is a throwaway!!!

Nice place, however needs to improve. People there are good, facilities in rooms can be improved. Have facilities to do some adventure sports. Nice clean stream flowing kids can enjoy. Few places around for treaking.

We went to trip to Sakleshpur with Family. The Homestay was preety good. We communicated with Sindhu the contact person of the Homestay. She guided us with how to reach, also explained what we can carry from outside. She also told what all we can bring with us. The charges was nominal.

Streamedge HomeStay also contain various adventures activities, RainDance, Campfire, Indoor Outdoor Sports, Cycling etc which was included within the charges. Also the Sunset and Sunrise sightseeing was included within the same charges.
Food was served 3 times with 1 evening Hightea. Food was delicious and yummy, Just like home food.

Overall the stay at the Streamedge HomeStay was very good and we spent quality time with family and enjoyed a lot.

A decent homestay in Sakleshpur lying next a stream and quite environment. Have plenty of activities option, so good for team outing and kids. Food is also decent and have local taste. Rajesh and other care takers are well behaved and take care of guests politely.
We stayed in the wooden cottage which has 2 separate rooms. This place is small and around 6 rooms+dorm.
Requesting all guests to please enjoy the nature and stay in peace / harmony and ensure your enjoyment doesn't disturb others.

Streamedge Homestay in Sakleshpur is one of the best resort which offers neat and clean rooms. This property is just beside a small stream and the view from room is very relaxing and soothing. Senior citizens and Infants will have no problem staying here. Food varies from Neer Dosa to French fries and Bangda (Mackarel) fry to Live BBQ. You name it and they will arrange it. The rooms are near to Car Parking so accessibility is good. They also have the usual activities like Bluetooth Speaker, Campfire, Golf, Archery, Foosball, TT, Dart, Bicycles etc.

Please try the Wooden Cottage which has a 70 Inch HD TV like Transparent Glass Window which gives you the best view.

Fantastic location, good place to hang around. Food was awesome. Good hospitality. They never said no to anything.You cannot njoy much if you are going on non season.

Excellent Hospitality, Accommodation was too good, do not even hesitate to book dorms as well cz it is really good, amazing food both veg & non veg, enjoyed the activities, best part is that the property is surrounded by greenery... Even during peak summer it was very pleasant, worth getting tanned :) In a nutshell I would say worth the money you pay :)

The place is located in a scenic landscape..The access roads are in decent condition.. The host & staff are very friendly and helpful. They served us tasty food.. Malnad special food items for breakfast is a highlight.. The rooms were spacious n clean.. The stream running through their property was almost dry when we visited.. So we skipped the ropewalk n zipline.. They accept Google pay/Phonepe/UPI.. In all our stay was pleasant.. Would recommend this place for others..

We were looking for a place for a quiet and relaxing stay, and we found this hidden gem. 27 kms from Sakleshpur, this little heaven is the right place for family and friends to unwind. The food is awesomatic(forgive my ignorance, I couldn't find a superlative) Come stay and leave everything to Sindhu and team. The staff here are very accommodating and courteous. Thanks Streamedge, we loved our stay.

I visited with my frds n their families on 1st week of March. We were 4couples with 5 kids. I must say we had a very good time.
There are so much activities that one can't complete everything in a day. We all enjoyed rain dance , mud volleyball.
Kids had a great time on trampauline and other kids play activities.
There was zipline, ropeway , cycling, archery, badminton , tt.
We were fortunate to have another group who were friendly . We played cricket and had good time. There was chareoke as well.
The facilities were good. Especially they way they set up camp fire, shows how much attention they give for smaller things. The staff were polite n friendly. We couldn't go for hike as we had less time. I would suggest atleast 2 days to have relaxed stay n have fun.

The rooms were ok. The place is big but needs to be maintained better. Good and helpful staff. Food was ok. Good tea and coffee.
Our rooms had mushroom growth and wetness. Also outside also maintenance can be better.
Updated to 4 star as the those could have come due to recent floods in that area.

It's an ultimate place to stay and enjoy. We had a nice trip with our cousins and friends. The Owners(Both Sindhu and Shanoj) treated us as friends and their belief on us was commendable. Awesome food and ambience as well. The cook and other staffs were also very friendly and it ensured that we had a memorable stay.

the place is located in the middle of the Paddy fields . The room where we stayed was very beautiful. The staffs were very courteous and very helpful.

1. despite repeated requests there was no hot water
2. absolutely no hospitality
3. repeated requests had to be made for trekking. though the website promises many trekking and guided tours, everything comes with a clause.
4. the owner is more concerned with the price rather than people.
5. we had to request repeatedly for tents, towels, and bedsheets. and moreover the bedsheets provided in the tents were much more thinner than the rooms.
6. tea/coffee was served cold. we had to request for hot beverages.
7. nobody asked us for snacks requirements during campfire.
8. the zipling was not friendly at all. the ladder was creeky and risky.

Last but not least, we were left without any guidance on our way back. the owner n their friends didn't offer to drive the elders and kids down nor guided us to the vehicle. we had to trek back on our own.

and, the food charges on 7th afternoon is way too high. 200/- per person just for Rice, Rasam, and a curry, which was empty before we could have.

The owner repeatedly spoke about the cost and food, which was below average.
A total disappointment on the hospitality front, and on food part.

Had stayed there with family July 1st week. Nice location and decently maintained property. If you are going as a group and not so particular about food, then you can consider this, it has many activities. If you are going as family and if you are food lover, this may not be the best place.

Both veg and non veg. paneer manchurian and kabab were damm tasty, in short nice place for a getaway with loads of activities....... Slush volley ball, rope walk, zip line are few among what we enjoyed the most

Streamedge is truly a refreshing experience. Situated in the lap of nature, the place has exceptional beauty surrounding as well as inside the resort. The place is very well maintained. Cleanliness is spot on! The staff and the owner Sindhu are very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are too good and keep you engaged. Game room, bonfire, raindancr, slush volleyball, zip line etc. make this place a must visit. And the best part?- The food is simply amazing. Had the time of life. I recommend it 100%.

Amazing place for weekend plans. The homestay is surrounded by nature and is very peaceful. Rooms are clean and food is extremely good. The homestay has few activities like rope walking, zip line, rain dance, cycling and also has few indoor games. There is a waterfall nearby which is very beautiful and a must go point. Sunset and sunrise trek is complimentary. One big round of applause to the staffs there. They are very responsive and arranges anything at anytime. Rajesh one of their staffs, took us on sunrise trek even though it was only 3 of us who were ready to go for the trek. Get in touch with the staff or the owner before booking the homestay for better experience. Speak to the staff and visit the nearby coffee plantation which is very pleasant and beautiful.

Improvements:
1. Bathrooms could have been more clean with cleaner toothbrush holders and toilet rolls.
2. Water bottles were not given to us until asked. It would have been better if the water bottles were kept in the rooms before hand.

Reducing one star for the improvements. :)

Streamedge resorts gave me and my family some best memories to carry forward. The staff and management were very courteous , ( special mention to their staff dilip ) everything you ask for was provided very promptly and they made us feel welcoming. They also provide some Amazing food and they have a fresh water stream running behind the resort which is an added advantage . Please don't miss out on the two treks they arrange . Food & hospitality is one of the best you can get here...just loved the place

Nice homestay in Sakleshpur hill station. Rooms are ok. But for the price paid, not upto the expectation. They provided guide for trekking who was very good. Breakfast provided was very good. Lunch and dinner were average specially non veg foods were not so tasty and well cooked.

Was looking a getaway for the long weekend and I should say StreamEdge is more than a Homestay. Had loads of fun with the kids and family. They surprised us with food every time and it was just fantastic.
Highlight is the stream and the zip line along, Food, Mud Games, Rain Dance, Bonfire and Karaoke for bathroom singers. Highly recommended!!

Resort is well maintained and beautiful locality for weekend relaxation. Food and hospitality is great. Many games and activities for good time.
Suggestion for resort to have pool area. Because during off season there is no proper area for bathe

Had a good weekend at Streamedge resort. Food was great. Location was superb. Service was very good. Though we couldn't go out much due to continuous heavy rains, just staying at the resort was a pleasant experience. A porch to sit out near the rooms would have been great addition.

We had great experience here... When you don t want to do anything other than unwind, and to spend the time with your loved one - just head to this place. It is not just the stay.. There are many activities that keeps us engaged throughout. . kids would love them as it occupies them ... Cycling, other sports, water stream activities, zipline...

A beautiful place to spend your quality weekend. The staffs are really helpful and well mannered. Food options are also quite descent. Activities are present quite a lot which helps you to enjoy the stay throughout.

A great place to stay in Sakleshpur. Loved the bird sightings. The owners helped with places to visit nearby and advised on trek routes. We had a good time with karaoke and Shanoj is quite a good singer himself ! We stayed in the dorm and the only feedback I have is to put up washbasin in the 2nd bathroom. All in all , a great stay

Very nice place. Owners are very warm and friendly. Great food. Smiling and friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Beautiful view of nature from the resort. You can play in the natural water stream which flows just besides the resort. Has near by trekking places.
Over all it was a pleasant stay.

It is around 20 kms from the main town. 600rs from the railway station. The food is amazing. The management was not very warm. She was ready to kick us out at 9am even though check out was at 11am. It is better if you go in your own transport if you wanna check out the nearby hilltops.

Too good staffing. They are too much helpful in the time of emergency.

Overall good place to leisure.
