Charlene Brennan was the seller s agent for a home we just purchased. We felt uncomfortable, condescended, and completely dismissed. Any questions we had were replied back to in a curt and often rude manner. She made what should have been a positive and happy time for us far less than that. On the day of our closing you would have thought we were in court on opposing sides and not engaging in a mutually beneficial transaction. I realize she represented the sellers and had no emotional obligations to us but we are humans with feelings, hopes, and dreams who would have appreciated a small bit of respect and consideration.

Love Strano and Associates. The people working there are professional and pleasant. They are number one in Belleville because they work with their clients to find a perfect home for their families.

I think its poor management to simply not rent to people that haven't had a bankruptcy in 6 years. Especially if you had a chapter 13 and paid in full with a discharge..or had a chapter 7 and have fixed your credit..Life does happen to us all!! I think its a bit of discrimination..each situation should be reviewed on a case by case bases.. everyone who has been thru things in life aren't bad people !

Horrible experience with Mike Santanello. I have had to file several complaints with several agency. Please do your due diligence before listing and buying where the agent is Mike. i have never in all my buying and selling been treated in such a way. Strano please change how you allow the agents to treat customers on both sides of the real estate aisle.

I had some initial issues with my lease with Strano but the staff were very helpful in understanding the process and resolved all of my issues. Shoutout to the staff who really went out of their way to help me out!

This company is not responding to my requests for info I need. They are not compliant with their own lease agreement and have been hard to deal with. I would not do business with this company.

Strano & associates is so professional and so helpful in their business. I was able to find the home of my dreams in a timely manner. Our agent, Hannah, replied back to our questions informatively and in a happy mood. She was so sweet, and really considered what I wanted when renting a home. I would go back to her next time!!
