Spex Inc.

The staff at Spex construction has completed multiple projects at our house. They remolded the kitchen and living room, remodeled the bathroom and multiple exterior projects. I was very satisfied with the quality of work that they completed. The staff was friendly and treated us very well.

I used Eli from spex to remodel the kitchen in my rental unit with the permission and approval of the owner and I'm in love with it ,from the begining I had hard time to decide te color and the style and I've change my mind few time and he was very patient and ok with every changes Ive made the result are amazing , thank you Eli

Eli just finished our bathroom and I felt compelled to write a review. I was beyond impressed with Eli's work. After we had a lot of trouble with another contractor doing our kitchen, we knew we had to find someone different for our bathroom. We had at least 4 different contractors come over to check out the job and give us quotes. Eli actually came in at the best price. On top of that, he really worked with us to get it within our budget. With a baby on the way and limited funds, his flexibility was MUCH appreciated. Not one of the other contractors was willing to work with us in that way.

I figured that since he was so great budget-wise and with such a great personality, he'd be difficult once the work got started. I was definitely wrong! He was beyond professional and stayed on top of every subcontractor to make sure they got their work done on schedule--unheard of in the industry! Eli actually finished our bathroom on schedule! If not a few hours early! I could not believe it! So, not only did he deal with my crazy pregnant brain and the pressure we put on him, but he finished on time and with a smile. Oh, and I can't forget to mention--he also finished within budget. I would definitely hire Eli of Spex construction again, and hopefully we have a chance to. He was such a pleasure to work with and I really do trust him. I will also be referring him to all my family and friends. He's just a great guy all around and his work was way better than we could have hoped for. I'd say we got more than expected for the money we paid.

I did some work as sub contractor for spex and very happy with fast payment and good vibe very Professional

This is a bad Israeli owned company. The use sub contractors and will over charged the work 4 to 5 times the normal cost. The also do really bad job, the good reviews the have is paid friends. The are scammers who will take your money and run. Do not do business with them

Excellent experience with spex Inc as we did our first ever complete kitchen renovation. Very well organized process for seeing us from start to finish with the project. Very experienced team that handled everything, even small hiccups, with professionalism and a focus on getting things done the right way. Always available to discuss alternatives in the design and help to come up with the best solution. Very happy with the results - a larger, beautiful, and very functional kitchen!

I wanted a bathroom that was more than just a place to get clean. My bathroom is an oasis from work, kids and responsibilities and spex Inc gave me a bathroom that matches my needs and my style. Thank you.

Spex Construction did an amazing job remodeling my coop apartment. The team completely remodeled my kitchen and bedroom. The team was unbelievably professional at every stage during the process. They always kept me updated on progress and finished the project on time. I would definitely work with the team on any future remodeling projects and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great contractor.

The work was done quickly and to our satisfaction. We met first with Eli and got an estimate and were told exactly what the costs would be and what we had to purchase for the job. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. The renovation was done quickly just the way we wanted. I would not hesitate to hire spex Inc again.

Our bathroom renovation project was expertly performed and we are ecstatic with the results. Spex Inc project manager and installers are professional and responsive. The work was performed quickly and the quality is excellent. They made sure that we were happy every step of the way. We will definitely use Spex Inc for our future projects!

We had a foundation problem that spex fixed thank you well done

Spex Inc did an excellent job remodeling our master bathroom. Eli was in contact with us daily. The workers were neat and efficient. We highly recommend Spex Inc for the services they offer. We were very satisfied.

Spex Inc are more than professional! The customer service is great. The sales consultant gave me a free estimate and I decided to start the project right away. Everything went just as promised and I am very happy with the services. A+ and highly recommended.

Awesome Experience with Spex Inc After 10 years of thinking and talking about remodeling out 80s style master bathroom, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about Spex Inc and we contacted Eli and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs, communicated flawlessly, and truly brought the whole team to reform our bathroom. New tub, sinks, granite counter, tile, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting .so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for.

We couldn't be more thrilled with the finished product, that came in on budget and in less time that estimated. Eli who managed the project was professional, courteous, and on time every day. The crew that he brought was phenomenal, from start to finish the delivered, and cleaned up every step of the way.

We missed them when they were gone, but 5 stars to the crew and our whole experience with Spex Inc we would do it all again!

My outdoor kitchen is amazing. The team from spex handled everything, from permits, to making sure the design was perfect, to helping me pick the best quality materials. Eli did it all.

Amazing work very happy
I've done my kitchen bathroom back yard almost complete house
Thank you spex

Eli from Spex Inc. did a great job. The team was very friendly and professional. They were easy to work with and very skilled in home building and remodeling. I appreciate how they always showed up on time as well.

Eli was great to work with! We are really impressed at the quality of work and the professional nature of the employees who did the bathtub remodel for us. Thank you Spex Inc

I can t help but brag about our kitchen renovation. It is such a nice experience to work with Spex Inc. They absolutely are very good in remodeling services and professional workers! I would totally recommend this company to our neighbors and friends. Keep the amazing work!

Spex Inc is a fine company. If you want to get your remodel done in an adequate amount of time by professional people who do this type of work regularly, Spex Inc is it. There are alot of contractors out there. The single biggest problem with all is based on individual work ethic. If you have someone who gets an early start then they are going to get something done that day. If not things can drag. Spex Inc weeds those people out the best they can. All the work is overviewed by a project manager to make sure things are done right.

Spex Inc just finished two baths in my home. Six days and both baths were transformed to a spa like/high end hotel type bath. The crew was friendly and easy to work with. Eli listened to my wants and led his crew to create beautiful baths. Left the house clean and ready to use! Would highly recommend this contractor!

We hired Spex Inc to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Eli's wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Eli gave us lots of great ideas on the design. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.

It was time to really remodel the master bedroom's bathroom, which is the largest in the house. It desperately needed a large fixer upper, and I wanted to go for a more classical look, something out of the Roman baths. Well I am glad I hired these guys, because they delivered big! They really knew their stuff, got some quality marble, and tiles, and really fixed up the bath and shower to better meet the look I wanted to go for. Now my bathroom looks as luxurious as I originally envisioned it. They really took advantage of the size of the bathroom and made great use of the height, making it very bright during the day, and comfortable during the night! Again, I want to thank these guys for doing such an awesome job.

Spex Inc. has done two renovation projects for me. One was a large one and the other was just a small bathroom remodel. The price was fair in both instances. The project was done quicker than we thought it would be. I would highly recommend them.

My kitchen....finally the way I always wanted it to be I had always wanted to convert a large island in my kitchen to make part of it into a bar while leaving the other half at counter height. After seeing the fantastic work that Spex inc did on a friend's bathroom re-model, I contacted Eli for a bid and eventually decided to go with them for the project. Spex team did a great job managing every detail of the project, and their carpenter did an absolutely fantastic job with the cabinet work. They ran all around town finding tile to match the slate that was already down in my kitchen, and they were also able to find a great match for my granite counter tops. The completed job looks exactly the way I had envisioned it, They did a great job every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

Remodeling a complete kitchen is a major task and can be a major risk. After much research we chose spex Inc and it was the right choice. We had a basic concept in mind for taking out the old cabinets and removing a bar height wall, but with Eli and his key players we were able to come up with a comprehensive plan. Their contributions really brought out some excellent ideas that pulled the plan together. The workmanship of the cabinets, the skilled people involved in all phases and the quality of the materials really made this a great experience.

Had two tiny bathrooms that desperately needed to be updated. Eli and his crew did a terrific job, even fitting a super size bathtub into a very small space. New tub, new toilet, new floor, new vanity. Everything looks great. Thanks, Eli.

We are a return customer to Sepx Inc and continue to be so pleased with the way they do business. Four years ago, we renovated the kitchen and master bath in our previous home and just recently relocated a load bearing wall in our current home.

Eli and his staff did a fabulous job of communicating with us throughout the project - from the overall timeline, to weekly schedules and daily updates. They go above and beyond to make sure the result meets or exceeds your expectations.

We will continue to do business with Spex Inc.

We used Spex Construction to Bolt and Retrofit our home.
They are experts in this field and made the whole process extremely easy from beginning to end. All work was done with professionalism and expertise. Their reputation is excellent so the permits & building inspection went as smoothly as the retrofit which took only one day. It passed after the first inspection. Compared to other quotes from construction companies, Spex Constuction was half the price.
Eli and other staffs were highly recommended to us and we would highly recommend them to others for this specialized job.

My master bathroom was out of date and impractical. Eli gave me the modern retreat I have been looking for. On time and on budget. Thank you.

The kitchen provided was of very high quality and I am very happy. All the spex Inc managers, designer and all the other staff were very polite, professional, and attentive. Their kitchen installer/fitters were excellent. I would recommend Spex Inc to any one.

I was referred to spex Inc from a friend. She had an extension done to her house to make her kitchen and restroom bigger and completely up to date, and the work was flawless. So I knew when I was ready to redo my master suite, I had to use them. I am glad I did! My master bathroom is absolutely amazing, it looks like a photo from a magazine. The workers were very prompt and they were so accommodating to my schedule. They kept my house clean and the job was finished in just a few weeks. Already making plans for spex Inc to do my kitchen next!
