Spectrum did a great job last year; however their office staff does not have it together nor do they care about repeat customers or business. We spent over $2,000 dollars with this business last year and when we asked for the service to be extended for the following year the answer was we are already booked and can not accommodate you. No renewal contract was ever issued. Spectrum does not follow up with customers, and their customer service is very poor; if it wasn't for the great job the crew teams do with weekly service they wouldn't have a business.
The company responded promptly and stayed in contact until the job was complete. The work crew was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They were focused on our job and only our job until completion. The walkway is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for a job well done.

This past winter this company didn't tell me they were not taking returning clients until it was too late for me to find another company. Poor customer service and after making several calls to speak to the owner I never got a call back. always I someone will get back to you. never did. Terrible and will never recommend again to neighbors. The previous year they tore up my grass and never even bothered repairing it.
