Spectrum did a great job last year; however their office staff does not have it together nor do they care about repeat customers or business. We spent over $2,000 dollars with this business last year and when we asked for the service to be extended for the following year the answer was we are already booked and can not accommodate you. No renewal contract was ever issued. Spectrum does not follow up with customers, and their customer service is very poor; if it wasn't for the great job the crew teams do with weekly service they wouldn't have a business.
