Super accommodating and friendly staff. The store carries a lot of high end brands but I was able to find an amazing pair of frames in my student budget range. I don't really write reviews but had to after my exchange with them today

Called for some information, woman who answered was absolutely pleasant and helpful, unlike other places I called she answered all my questions. Just want to say thank you, as I've been calling around to a lot of places and I seem to get short or no answers.

Every visit I receive excellent service. The staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. Also, their frame selection is diverse and stylish. They are the best optical store in London, no doubt.

Been my go-to shop for over 5 years. The most recent experience I had with the new staff has been terrible. Now I'll have my company benefit spent elsewhere unfortunately until more customer-friendly people get hired again. I'm always willing to go back if this happens!

Updated. Terrible customer and technical service. Purchased glasses for $850 and they were of poor quality and design. They were NOT fitted to my face properly after 5+ visits, causing extreme headaches. Byron Optometry fixed it in 5 minutes. I will never return here, they know nothing about glasses...

I bought lenses & frames here a few years ago and have been nothing but happy with the service, selection, pricing and quality of product. I had to buy new lenses last year & when they came in and didn't work for me, they replaced the lenses free of charge and made sure I was happy with my purchase....
