Really bad engineering unlike anything I have worked on in the field in the 17 years I have been doing refrigeration work. Frustrated every time I have to call and deal with them as they shift me to a voice mail every time and have to wait hours to hear back. Spent countless hours trying to make adjustments to TXV's for maintaining a balance in temperatures on a small deli case unit. Would think twice before making a purchase with this company.

A rating in (-)ve would be appropriate. Their products are not upto the mark. I recently purchased two open coolers from them paying an exorbitant price, and both of them are giving problems. They make very loud noise while being operational, on escalating this problem, their technical support team says its normal for it to make such loud noise. Secondly, one of the coolers is leaking continuously and there is always water on the floor.. This has even posed as threat for our customers, as they could have slipped and fall. We've been sweeping the floor continuously but to no help as the cooler is leaking profusely. See the pics attached. I have sent them emails, and must say their customer service is even worst. The problem remains unresolved.
