Management you need to pay attention to that!!
My appointment for delivery was at 5 am!
At 5:30 lumper guy just showed up at the facility (they open at 5)
Waited 30 minutes and finally at 6 I got a door...
were unloading for 4 hours, with $261 lumper fee... and I'm still...

I read negative reviews here and was ready for some horrible experience. But honestly can't complain much. Had an appointment at 6 AM. Don't try to turn left onto Van Buren St from Mt Pleasant St because it's impossible. I love this place but it is CLOSED, at least temporarily due to covid. You can still get some things next door at Friendly Fruit Market.
