I'm sorry to cut the score, but I couldn't help it because I wanted to leave a comment from a company called'dive one' that shares the office here.
Inquiries, payments, and visits at the end of the year, I had a hard typhoon and seasickness for about an hour and finally arrived, and I was told that I couldn't receive education because I had a disease (I couldn't even think about it because I had no trouble in my daily life, but I wasn't able to think of it. Can you tell me? (Isn't it necessary to give the speech once)?
The seasickness was so severe that I had no power to get angry, so I just got a refund and moved to another place.
How can you make people come while knowing that it is such a time, and there is no basic guideline? The male instructor was high-pressured, and it seemed to me that this was our mistake, and the female instructor felt like trying to take care of it.
As it turned out later, in this case, it was customary for the education organization to pay all or part of the stay. I don't want to do that, so I'd like to make a refund so quickly.
And if I had heard a word of apology, I would not have been so angry, but there was no ritual.
Even after a long time, I still feel bad and write.
It is unlikely that those who enjoy time-consuming education and service will take other people's time and energy lightly in that way.

In itself everything is fine. However, the evening before we were told that the visibility was 7-8 m, whereupon we booked 2 dives the next day and the first one was totally "crappy". Maximum visibility of 2-3 m, one was only busy not losing sight of the group, but what happened after a good half hour & the dive was over. The second dive wasn't great either, but you could at least see something. Visibility approx. 6 m. Even our instructor saw it much like we did. Unfortunately, in retrospect, there was no accommodation such as Discount or similar, just an "oh how annoying". During my last dives in Australia, the dive shops always knew very well when and where visibility was to be expected in the coming days. They were able to show this to me on the PC and it happened as well. I do not know which programs are used for something like this here in Thailand or apparently not.
Otherwise the crew was nice and there was pineapple as a snack on the boat, which was fortunately not overcrowded!

Not your typical "mass produce factory" dive centre. This is the team you'd want to dive with if you're after a smaller and friendly dive centre. We felt very welcomed and part of the family for the short two days we spent with them. It was very evident that their boat captain has lots of experience up his sleeves. He doesn't speak much English but he's extremely warm and friendly towards everyone. The lovely lady who was on duty at the dive centre was also very patient in answering all of our questions and she was not pushy at all. They also charge reasonable prices for their courses and fun dives. We also did a day of fun dives at one of the bigger dive centres, and we definitely preferred Siam Scuba's hospitality.

I took the open water dive course and loved it. My instructor, Shadeh, was amazing. She gave clear instructions and was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable and a true professional. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was in very good hands for my first diving experience.
