Visited shriram godhuli at chikkabalapur! Its a dream project with lots of Mango trees, cashewnut trees, wide people tree! This project is sourrounded with beautiful green grapes groves! Peaceful place excellent & worth investment for construting farm house!

We had such an amazing time at the Godhuli Mango fest this year. I had visited it with my family and we truly had the best time. There were so many fun events that took place and we were sure to take home many fruits that were freshly grown in their farm. There was such a vast variety of fruits all farm grown available.

We are very happy to buy a plot in Shriram Lands. Amenities & infrastructure within the community is amazing. Children's play area is a great feature as we feel assured that our kids playing are safe and secure. The Shriram Lands team is excellent.

This rating is given to builder as he is not able to hire proper employees. Vijay Singh who acts as manager at Bageshri is the most Irresponsible person. I am giving this rating as he asked me to do it. If he can't speak with customers, better he opt for different position.

I can see most of the employees giving here 5 star rating. Your can see even Vijay Singh whom I mentioned has given 5 star rating for his employer. So they may ask more employees to give top rating so their overall rating would always be on top. But this is a genuine feedback from user who is customer is Shriram. Don't get carried away with fake ratings from their own employees.

Very disappointed with registration. From past three months, they keep saying it will done in two days. I am not sure what are the challenges in getting the registration done.
I would like to however mention that the quality of the work done and maintenance so far has been very good especially during COVID times. Appreciate if they can speed up their efforts on registration.

I feel that Shriram Land is a well known name for the past many years in real estate business and they have quite good credibility and I can safely invest in all their projects. Visited Sriram Lands Whitefield extension project Sriram Bhageshri found the project well developed and in a gated community not far from the International Tech Park and not far from the city centre. Their are many amenities been offered by the builder. The staff is very helpful in resolving all the issues and found the project a very good way of growing my investments. I am planning of buying a plot with them soon.

Absolutely unprofessional.. when you visit the site at given time.. Mr Raghavendra at the Gulmohar site, who is the Sales Manager doesnt have the decency to explain or give time as he is held up with something else after you have driven 30 km to the site..

Totally disappointed, they lack basic customer handling skills..
