I had decided to purchase a plot at Shriram Land Bageshri project on looking into the wide roads and overall developments which we could see in terms of well maintained parks and other amenities that have been committed by the developer. I feel that Shriram Land is a well known name for the past many years in real estate business and they have quite good credibility and I can safely invest in all their projects. I have also referred many of my friends to Shriram Land projects and they all are extremely happy with what has been offered to them at such a great price.
