Horrible, horrible customer service. Everyone seemed annoyed they had to help me. I went back to get my trial pair of contacts and I can t pick them up because everyone is too busy to stop and help me. I end up walking out because I wait so long.

Eye doctor was great. Other than that the person that helped me was poorly trained and seemed irritated that he had to help me with my contact order. I asked twice for a copy of my prescription and still don't have one. I will stay with Shopko optical just not that location.

Everyone was kind, helpful, and polite! I had a great experience and left with several pairs of very nice glasses for an extremely affordable price.

Poor Service. I first visited this center for the first time to get my eye prescription renewed. I stated only services covered by insurance and ended up paying for a charge of $54 (not covered by insurance) to make sure I could still wear contacts. I have worn contacts for over 20 years.
I decided to try them again for my son. We went in to get him an eye exam and contacts for the first time. They tried two different brands of contacts (one in each eye) to see which one he liked better. We returned the following week to order contacts and they couldn't tell us which brand was in each eye. I would have thought this should have been written down. They proceeded to tell us that they would like to start over to see which contact brand would work before ordering contacts. This would mean another visit before ordering again. Each time we visit I leave work early and we live about 1/2 hour away. Very frustrating working with them. The only one on the staff that knows anything is Brenda. I feel for her working with incompetent people. NOT HAPPY!!

Always friendly and helpful. Only downfall is sometimes I have to wait a week if my contacts are out of stock.

Thought I booked the appointment online. Appearantly I didnt hit the confirm button, as I had no appointment set up. They squeezed me in anyhow!! Five star staff. The doctor was very knowledgable. He even came out to the front to assure me my retinal photo retakes looked good. Very nice storefront with great lighting. And it turns out they are not salespeople, but service people. They didnt high pressure sales me to purchase, as my prescription was on the low level. I highly recommend Shopko Optical on the east side of Green Bay!!!

They are really nice and make sure all questions are answered.

I have been a patient with Shopko optical for 20 years. I ve gotten all of my glasses and contacts through them, and also my children s. After today, I will never go back. I called on Monday and made an appointment for my daughter for Wednesday. The last time I had been there, everything was fine with my insurance. It took 60 seconds AFTER we walked in the door to tell me that they were now out of network as of 2 weeks ago. Could they not have told me that over the phone? 60 seconds is all it would have taken to tell me that the day I made the appointment, rather than wasting my time going to an appointment. And the lady we were talking to wasn t even apologetic about it. Everyone there seemed irritated that they had to work today. Not a single smiling face in the lobby. I guess I learned to ask them to run my insurance ahead of time, but after 20 years, I guess I just figured it was good.

Every aspect from the first call to getting my exam and ordering glasses. What a good group of folks. I had Dr Roover. Great guy to work with.

Shopko optical east employees are always very helpful. My son had a hard time deciding on frames and the guy that was working was such a great help for him. Very helpful for me with multifocal contacts and my eye changes.

What horrible customer service. Waiting for my sons frames after they said they d be in last week and after I called 3 times they were in the store but cannot be found and then when I asked the associate for her name she hangs up on me after being rude. Glad I can switch stores. What a waste of time to go to this store for any type of service!!!

I'm writing this review for one reason the lady that helped me. Her name justice, she was very nice, kind, and polite I went and with the belief the shopko were all gonna be bad after the double tag teaming bullying I got on Saturday at west side actually I was surprised I even walked in one. But I got there and she totally changed my mind that people can be nice if the place hires nice people. This lady was outstanding one of the best people I ever had at any store of any kind if I had customer service like her everywhere I would always be happy. Shopko you really should take a note I had a little interaction from one other lady who seemed polite too. So much better then other location. To bad I have to go way across town this lady was diffently doing a great job

Dr. Schmonsky was helpful with me trying multi-focal contacts and contacts for monovision. He gave pros and cons for each. Tiffany was also very helpful when I called to order the multi-focal contacts. I will definitely be going back.

Here's what I have to say. Firstly is this eye care center is fast and friendly. HOWEVER, the doctor I do not care for because he did not listen to what I had to say. I wanted a new prescription of contacts and the first time he gave me the new ones, the right side was blurry. I come back and he gives me 2 other brands to try. Same thing happens blurry in right eye. So I come back and I am told I need a weaker prescription in my left so they're both blurry. Not very reliable if you ask me.

We had a very good experience with the new store. Elizabeth gave us excellent customer service!
