Security First Insurance Group

I ve been a customer for 6+ years now. I ve worked with Theresa and Steve and both are EXCEPTIONAL.
I have and currently work with Security First for my home, personal and business insurance and pretty soon wedding insurance. Any issues i call them and they handle all my requests and claims.

Thank you for all your hard work and keeping me a happy client.

I was referred to Security First by my father who has used them for many years. My husband and I have now been with them for a few years and they have saved us money on all of our policies. Their professionalism and responsiveness has been top notch. We would totally recommend them!

SFIG is a fantastic group and has saved my family a lot of money on insurance. Customer support and responsiveness is second to none. I highly recommend SFIG for anyone looking for insurance.

Without a doubt the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I switched to this insurance company last Dec. because their rates were more affordable. After switching and paying in full, they billed me 4 months later for another $200. I ve spent countless hours on hold and finally with an agent trying to straighten things out after receiving cancellation notices for failure to provide documentation. They told me everything was all set. A month later I received a bill for an additional $200. If I don t pay it they will cancel my insurance. It s the old bait and switch maneuver. They promised me a lower premium and I ended up paying more than my old insurance company. Would never recommend them to anyone!
I also blame Geico for putting me with this company.

Great Connecticut insurance broker. Been with them over 15 years and never had anything but first class treatment from the firm s receptionist right up to the owners. Would never think of changing my personal insurance or business insurance. 10 out of 10

a bunch of crooks , they will never pay for any repairs or damages , be aware of this "insurance " company its impossible to get any claims submitted. i had my car hit by one guy who had this insurance company , i had to pay out of my pocket for the repairs , now i have to take the guy to small claims court. make sure you get a lawyer when dealing with these crooks

The people at Security First are Amazing. They speak to us like they were waiting for us to call. Their service is nearly instant. The agency is state of the art,but the agents are old-school. They actually show up and explain our insurance to us in person.PRICELESS.

We have been with Security First for over 20 years. They have always treated me very fair and are always there for all of my insurance needs. The office staff is second to none and very responsive when we need any assistance. Highly recommended and they service statewide and beyond.

Because I own a small local business, I prefer to work with other small local businesses, as I expect their attention to detail mirror mine. It is imperative to trust the circle of partners you create to help make your business successful. Security First is the leader of my circle. Their customer service is beyond the "5 stars" available to me.....from the principals of the agency to their sales team to their account service team.....everyone is ready with help and answers to all of my questions. They did a comparative analysis of my former insurance policies and explained to me where we were over insured and most importantly, under insured and presented a superior AND less expensive option. I sleep well at night knowing if any catastrophe happened to my building, vehicles or employees, my team at Security First would be right there for me.
