Got an SUV from here and had problems since day one. Before my first payment was due. The veichel started to over heat. I had to replace the water pump and thermostat. Soon after, the battery and rear light stopped working. The tv they had in there came off too. Now in month two. It looks like I have to replace a lot more.

The ball joints look like they were regressed instead of replaced like they should have. Now they are making a loud popping noise that sounds kinda dangerous.
This is waaaaay over a thousand dollars in repairs. For a car that I have owned for only two moths. My sister in law bought a car from them right after me. it overheated and now the car sounds like it might have a bad timing chain. The car won't even start.
I will never buy another car from them ever again. I wouldn't recommend it either.

I just purchased a Chrysler aspen from there. I was having issues with the insurance that Saturday . So he came in on a SUNDAY to finalize everything for me and I drove off so happy! I got my car from them 6 months ago, anytime I ve needed any work or help with my car they have sent me to their shop. Only happened once and it s because my car wouldn t start after I dropped my keys and the signal came out lol. Great people, I m so comfortable going in to make my payments. They know me by name and are always up for a conversation. Gave me a chance when no one else would.

To anyone. They are very rude and disrespectful and have no intentions on working with people at all.
I was a good client with on time payments and no issues until a late insurance payment which was verified twice through the agency. They even blocked me from making my on time payment even after the insurance company verified everything was ok and the policy had not changed.
They some how wanted new information even after the agent verified no new information was needed as the policy had not changed.
If you want to do peaceful business with a lot this is not the place. They attack and come rude over simple fixes and not even delinquent. I was in good standing on payments.

The staff is not rude. She's just doing her job as far as collections go. If people would be responsible and pay their car note on time she wouldn't have to call anyone and be "rude or pushy". The other reviews are true. They are good people and try to work with you if you are having financial troubles. They are understanding. I have two vehicles from them and about to purchase my third. :)

Love this place. Car broke down and needed a new car so I went to second hand motors. I couldn t believe I was in and out with a new car in less than an hour.

They should be shut down by the Feds for selling lemons, and stealing peoples money. Law suits need to be filed.

They not all that good .. they just tried to open a claim on a car I had to get the car fixed the damages to that car was already there .... they sold that car to me with the rim and bumper already damaged and towed my car .. I wouldn t recommend them TO NO ONE !!!!

Lott has several complaints and the staff are rude , malicious ,and very unprofessional ,SEEMS TO BE CROOKS , REPOSSESSED MY DAUGHTER N LAW CAR DUE TO A MISUNDERSTANDING REGARDING INSURANCE Information wouldn't recommend this lot to anyone and WE DEFINITELY PLAN ON FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
