The staff is not rude. She's just doing her job as far as collections go. If people would be responsible and pay their car note on time she wouldn't have to call anyone and be "rude or pushy". The other reviews are true. They are good people and try to work with you if you are having financial troubles. They are understanding. I have two vehicles from them and about to purchase my third. :)
