I had some problems about getting anyone on the phone at first ,but lately they did a good job about the information i needed about my accounts .Called back fast !!!

Dont take any kind of credits from them. They are like Al Capone under company's name.
Very rude and unprofessional over the phone one of the workers yelled at me and was threaten me with collection agency without even telling me whats the problem. Rude and ghetto style.
They will not give you a regular credit THEY WILL SET YOU UP LEASE TO OWN, (lease to owe forever) which means they will give you the money for the truck + 50% APR and you are not buying your truck you will lease it from them because they just bought it. ARP IS ADDED RIGHT AWAY which means if you take $30K loan you will owe them around $45K right away and there is no way to stop or cancel the lease!!!
I hope you all burn in hell for destroying peoples lives!!!

Second City Leasing is a very professional organization and my experience has been nothing but positive. I know for a fact that are very responsive to their customers.

This company doesn't even pick up their phone yet alone even try to do business the right way. Second City Leasing is the WORST possible company to work with...PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Calling everyday no one is answering don t bother yourself leaving a message no one will call you back.Worst financial institution DO NOT do business with them.Once it took them 4 days to sent me copy of the title.Did someone know how to get in touch with this m***********s???

Absolutely the most unprofessional lending institution I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They set customers up to fail BEWARE!!!

Terrible experience, Talked to Chastity today, and she hang up on me, just because I asked her for copy of the title for my truck and I was told she has no time to look for it.

I had leases for 6 commercial units with this company if you can call it company . I got 3 units stolen from me a month ago and instead of helping the police to recover that equipment they repossessed 3 units that i was current on payments for 5 years :(. I was trying to talk with manager they cant help I ask collection department no help at all they reject even to talk to me . They are not humans they are animals . All my family and all my relatives will pray God to stop this people . I have all legal documents on hands I m working on suing them as we speak but PLEASE BE SAFE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH Second City Leasing, LLC
The most danger's parson if you can call him a person is Hal Neal from collection department he advice me what i have to do how i have to do police report and he seems so helpful after 1 month of working on resolution all he said : we will take every thing from you because you missed payment . But i record all our conversation with Hal Neal so will take them all to court . If there is any body who can help me from people who reading this please do so . I m losing 8 years of hard work because of this people
