I am and have always been very satisfied with the artistic direction. Great staged pieces, elaborate stage sets. Only the service in the area of ticket sales is more difficult to reach by phone than Deutsche Bahn, not at all and also in the area of goodwill in the case of a booking error, not exact...
Interesting are all ideas. Something modern, with young actors, just awesome. Acting in a different way. If you have the time and inclination for modernity, you should not miss out and visit a show. The entire staff was friendly and nice. It is recommended.
I went in with the hope of seeing a frack or a monocle there. Unfortunately, I only saw 98% of people over 65 years of age who had already clouded their senses with alcoholic beverages before the extremely uninteresting show. Otherwise this "show" is apparently unbearable. In addition, these people ...
We saw a Beckett, you have to like that. The theater itself is easy to reach and well organized. I had some problems with the acoustics as a bad listener. To my knowledge, the theater offers no help in this regard.
Small stage hall is nice and cosy. Well ventilated and climatized. Been there only once, but the stage was well crafted to the diverse scenes of the place (Talanted Mr. Ripley)
A large variety of plays including the Main Stage, the "Box" and the Kammerspiele. Always very good and mostly with a hint of politics. Definetly worth it! Students Pay 8euros, or can get a card ( Junges Schauspiel) for 20euros, which include activities, three free entries and the rest of the ticke...
Even if not every piece pleases (theater does not have to be and does not always like it), the productions are usually very good and the performer is great!
Good theater, I find it particularly systematic that the operas can also be heard in front of the house. So it is a great way for people who like classical music and opera to enjoy it for free. I like to buy a beer or coffee from time to time and sit on the stairs at Willi Brand Platz. I ll never ...
The Schauspielhaus is worth a visit. Best opera house in Germany for years. Interesting productions in the drama. Classics and new pieces. A look at the website is recommended. Details about the piece and press releases.
Very talented actor. Comfortable seats. The interpretations of the pieces are usually extreme and in some places too modern. As in most theaters, the pieces are very liberal and politically rather leftist. Students pay 8 regardless of the chosen place.
I like to go as a student and pay 8Euro even if I am sitting in the second row. Otherwise, everything is always great: cleanliness in the toilets and always sufficient and above all competent staff present. Never experienced a delay or "incident". The schedule changes often and is mixed, even pieces...
The pieces in the Schauspiel Frankfurt are always staged and stimulating, especially the last dramatization of the novel by Anna Segher's "The Seventh Cross".
Everything is neat and in good condition. I would especially recommend students and students to visit this place, because the tickets are really very cheap.
Have peer gynt seen. Sensational performance. Despite the length presented very entertaining. Compliment to the main actor for this outstanding nonstop performance.
Each ticket for this "spectacle" is subsidized by the magistrate = taxpayer with around 200. As a "thank you" to the locals, they will then, as currently at the end of Feb. 2021, be mocked with an "art campaign" and vilified as being left behind. One of the few good things about "Corona" is that t...
The SchauspielFrankfurt has probably the most democratic stage of the great German stages. Best theater enjoyment from all seats regardless of price. I would just abolish the possibility to reserve tables in the bistro during the breaks.
The Schauspielhaus in Frankfurt is architecturally rather functional. It is pleasant to order a drink at reasonable prices. The stage is rather too spacious.
I can not recommend the Schauspielhaus because of the staff and their attitude. Trainees over the age of 30 are discriminated against on grounds of their age. Trainees with a monthly net salary of 350 - 700 Euro are allowed to acquire tickets of 8 Euro. Trainees over 30 who sometimes have only 100 ...
"GERMAN ME NICH FULL" I'm ashamed of you! I came to DE 30 years ago, learned the language, started a family, and have a very well-paid job. The rule of law and coexistence in DE is only comparable to a few other countries around the world. YOU and their kind form the basis for strengthening the rig...
