Well I can just say that I'm very happy with the employees that RPI has connected with me. It isn't easy always finding someone to work in my pharmacy, but they've always gone above and beyond in helping me fill shifts and positions. A great resource for the pharmacy community!

Guys be a little professional. I go through all the loops; you finally tell me you were gonna give me relief tech work for a couple of weeks. You even took my credit card information for assurance in case I missed a shift . But then, I never heard from you. Everything finalized, I wait to hear when I am going to start. I call, you ignore me; only to be told a few days later that you had given the opportunity to someone else, what????? Way to be professional

So happy with this place, it has given me many shifts when I was struggling as a pharmacy tech and it helped me land a full-time position at pharmacy near home. Great stuff! I only wish they were a bit friendlier sometimes

Today around 3:10pm I had received an inbound call from Jonathan.
He had asked to speak to H who is the Pharmacy Manager. He hasn't had previous dialogue with H so I am assuming he pulled this information from the OCP website. Needless to say H was unavailable and she didn't typically deal with such inquiries. I had explained to him that we did not have an immediate need for relief services and would advise if anything came up in the future. He says "Well are you H?" I explained I was not to which he says "Who are you then?" I said to him my name was A and he goes on to say "Oh, so you're JUST a technician?"
I was little taken aback by this statement because it was delivered in a condescending tone, as if though there was an attempt to belittle the designation of a technician. I find it kind of ironic that he would try and demean my role when the basis of their intuition is to profit off of providing the services of said "technicians." What he failed to factor in was that this "Technician" for one was proud of her credentials and secondly is in-fact the Director of Operations at this particular pharmacy and any and all decisions, including staffing decisions come through her.
With that being said, I have asked that they please remove us from their email/call list, I don't ever want to be in business with individuals that try and disparage the efforts of others and come to such curt conclusions regardless of their education, designation, title or credentials. I have also sent messages to my friends in the field to be diligent when staffing. This type of behavior will not be tolerated.

Can't say enough good thing about Tenally, who was able to help us fill a week's worth of shifts on very short notice - a real superstar!

Very disappointed with this company. They constantly call even when I have notified them numerous times to take my pharmacy off their call list. Got 3 calls within the last 24hrs. When I asked to speak to the manager, Alex, they just hang up on the phone!

RPI CONSULTING GROUP is the best staffing company I must say. It always provides me with the appropriate shifts. Moreover I get good wages which are always on time.

The WORST company to work for relief pharmacy service. LOW payments, as low as $11 an hour for technicians and $28 for pharmacists in GTA. Sales staff on the phone get BIG commission as they can make as much as $10 per hour from your salary and they know NOTHING about pharmacy. They are just business salesman 'Hey take it fast or it will be gone', 'Hey can you travel to Sudbury great price'. First time had to fight them for my money as each time they would ask for the same details, sad to say but even labor jobs have better agencies than this

I've worked with RPI for over 10 years because they always come through on their word. As a registered nurse, my locum placements have always gone smoothly with the help of their account managers.

It has been few months since I got my liscence and l found RPI gp. very professional and helpful specially Jordan, he always does his best to get me good relief shifts that suits my experience and he is really cooperative man.

These are terrible "middle men" that take most of your wages for not doing anything. DO NOT deal with this agency.

The RPI team has a unique attention to detail. Daniel was committed to finding a RPhT with specialty pharmacy experience, bringing that experience to my facility in Manitoba.

Nice place to get the odd shift, but if they get mad at you, you have to go to the government labor relations board to get your pay. They pay you $45/hr but charge the client $70/hr. Don't be surprised when they have high expectations.

As a pharmacy owner they are great to work with, their pharmacists are pretty good. If there are any issues, they will provide a replacement immediately.

They are really cooperative and understand well about an employee's personal and professional challenges. I have been working here for three years now and have always received my cheques on time. Along with a great pay, they also value time and productivity. I have almost, every time got shifts of my choice and changes are adjusted easily. I feel very positive about working here as I started off at an entry level but they continuously motivated me that has helped me a lot to learn and produce efficiently.

I have been with RPI since a few months and so far had a good experience finding Pharmacist relief shifts. Kevin has been exceptionally considerate and been in contact regularly. He is very thoughtful and always keeps into consideration what my preferences are when he suggests shifts for me. overall i am happy with the service i am getting from RPI.

I can't speak more highly of RPI Consulting Group's database of pharmacist jobs. Especially all of the exciting locum pharmacy shifts that have allowed me to travel around while I work and earn.

In my experience, the account managers were always kind and sharp as a tack about knowing which jobs would fit my experience best. Pay is *always* on-time too.

Honestly, you've got to work with these guys! if you're looking to enter into a pharmacy job anywhere in Canada, something at a big community pharmacy in the city, all the way to stuff further away up North-- this the recruiting agency you will be grateful to work with.

Was very happy with Kevin's assistance in finding a relief pharmacist on short notice, the candidate did have a couple of problems in getting used to our location but overall he was a good fit and saved us from being understaffed and in a bind.

After applying to a pharmacist job posting I was contacted by a recruiter (Justin) who was extremely rushed and promised me incorrect shifts. It took two other people to confirm the correct dates. When I contacted them back regarding cancellation of one of the shifts due to an emergency (I had not signed the contract and they had a 2 week notice), I had to deal with aggressive recruiters who were rude and loud on the phone. They decided to cancel not 1 but all shifts and I was told "there will not be a next time" by the supervisor Lindsay. Extremely unprofessional

A great place to work that is admittedly tough to achieve full success at, you still come away as feeling like you have made such a difference in the lives of pharmacists who are struggling to find a job. COVID-19 has had a major impact on my nursing home, and many of my employees have been unable (or unwilling) to work under these conditions. Pharmacists, beware! I've friends and family who have worked for them. They are very exploitative and prejudiced when it comes to immigrant pharmacists. They expect you to honour your side of contract but want to get away with giving you shoddy deals. Expect to be NOT paid AT ALL if you discontinue contracts based on false premises. I've a few friends that have reached the state of hopelessness and stopped waiting to hear from them regarding their wages.

I think nobody can compete with RPI CONSULTING GROUP. This is the best staffing company. I have three pharmacies and they really take care of each one of them by providing me with the best techs, full time pharmacists and relief pharmacists.

Dont be disrespectful of people you need for your business. You called asking if the candidate is free for certain dates, when candidate tells they wouldnt know that ahead of schedule if they can make your dates. Respect that. Dont bloody ask the same question again trying to show your authority. If not for pharmacists, RPI wouldn't be such a big known name. When we ask you to send us an email with the dates, it means we would like your contact info on paper so we can contact you when required. Dont reply back saying "how about you write it down on paper". Shows your bloody arrogant employees trying to run down your business. Be watchful of the these people. I must say, TAL group is 1000 times better in my experience. They treat relief pharmacists with respect.

RPI has the best pharmacists and pharmacy tech. They are knowledgable, expert and vigilant. They often provide me with the relief pharmacists who are simply amazing.

I have owned and operated several pharmacies in the GTA under a well-known banner franchise for the better part of 20 years now. I learned of RPI and its competitors close to ten years ago and have utilised their pharmacy-relief services from time to time on an as-needed basis with good results, but that is not why I am writing this review.

My main contact at RPI is Mark H who has provided me with shifts. Always listening to my feedback and meeting my needs for location and pharmacy. All my exercer ces with RPI have been positive in regards to pharmacy placement. I particularly enjoy the on line profile and system for shift contract and billing. The billing system is dependable and always paid on time. Rates are a factor of location. And current pharmacy environment, however that is I e aspect that could be better. Mark H is always pleasant, and professional, easy to work with and there is an ease in shift assignment turn around. Would recommend Mark H as a go to person at RPI

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit our nursing home particular hard, and while our employees are doing everything they can to ensure our elderly residents are comfortable and taken care of, it's been a very difficult few weeks. We reached out to RPI to look for 1-2 additional employees for help, and they were able to connect us to some fantastic people in a very quick turnaround time. A great and important service during these tough times!

Very rude and disrespectful agency. I am surprised they are still in business. They call pharmacists and make racial slurs and hang up the phone. They told a colleague of mine to "return back your country if you don't want to work". I would not recommend this agency to ANYONE.

When I got my licence, RPI was the first company that helped me to find relief work in the chain I like to work with. They don't delay any payment. The only thing I don't like is that they want pharmacists to travel long distances, however they can mange that easily by arranging the closer pharmacists to the pharmacy they want them to work in. I love to deal with Michelle. She is very good and respectful to the pharmacists.

Leading pharmacist temp placement agency in Canada. They pay well, on time and have the biggest network of stores and positions out of all them. If you're doing temp pharma work, they are the way to go.

A recruiter named Danilo has been very responsive and useful over the last little while as I searched for pharmacist work in the Vancouver area. He knew about relief jobs and matched me with a good part-time position.

I have build a great experience through doing shifts with them. I was working with different recruiters and I found them all very respectful . All the best to you guys .

destroying the pharmacy profession taking wages down, their pharmacists don't even speak engrish - Do your self a favor log into Ontario Pharmacist Association Free job board as an Owner (free to post shifts) or as a pharmacist/tech and this scum agency will not take a single dollar of what you are entitled to.

A great service for us pharmacy managers who sometimes need to cover shifts on a relief basis - if you can't depend on your usual employees, RPI is a great place in a pinch. We've had no issues with any of the relief pharmacists or techs they've set us up with.

As a part-time pharmacist who is involved in other endeavours, I have found RPI to be a good source of temp work for short and medium term placements. They have always gotten back to me with viable positions on short notice at decent compensation. I would recommend them for anyone in between jobs or who is looking to supplement their income on short term basis.

When the Ontario government came out and said that they would allow COVID-19 testing in pharmacies, we contacted RPI immediately after having used their services in recent years and being impressed. This has continued, as they've already supplied us with a pharmacist for testing purposes - this has greatly helped us and eased our staff's workload.
