Rosen Management Company is heads above any other company our Association has ever used. They do help in a timely manner and our property manager, Larry April, is the best of the best. They have handled many extremely large projects for us with great results.They have been helpful in every way.
Yammi and Kathy are the most disrespectful people ever. They don t care about anything. They are quick to end the phone call so they don t have to deal with your problems. You have to call them 3 times and still nothing. Worst company ever. Just want your money.
