We thought from their website this company could be an improvement over our last company that only hired criminals and psychopaths, but we are gravely upset with the total lack of competence, their refusal in acknowledging us residents as human beings and respect that these are our homes that literally they destroyed, and made have made many of us deathly ill. They name it remodel , but in actually it nothing more than unprofessional and inexperienced destruction. What was supposed to be 5 days is now going on and 3 months and they probably won t correct the problems created, and worse they don t care. I recommend this company quit making money off of shortening seniors lives. If I could give them minus 5 stars, it would not be enough.
