We sold our home in St. John s this past June. Cristina Haddad was awesome! We were in the process of moving out of state and my husband was looking for homes in our new location; while I sold the house in FL. Cristina took the stress out of our sale. She organized everything herself and gave me suggestions when it came to staging the house. When it came time to go over the offers, Cristina had them organized and was able to explain each in detail. We were quickly and easily able to determine the best offer for us and step into the next process. Cristina was available and helpful well past the closing; ensuring we had what we needed and allowing us to relay information to the buyers when needed. We have moved multiple times and sold a few homes. This was by far the least stressful portion of our move and we owe it to Cristina!
