I just had my first visit with this dentist about a week ago. The receptionists were friendly and took care of checking my insurance before I even arrived, which was convenient. The hygenist was friendly and knowledgeable, and took her time getting good xrays and cleaning my teeth thoroughly. There are TVs in the rooms which I really liked. They also give a great "goodie bag" after the cleaning. Dr. Curtis was very friendly and approachable, but still very professional. He took a good look at my teeth and gave a few recommendations but was not pushy at all. Overall it was a very good experience and I will certainly be returning to this office.
Fantastic dentist and staff. I initially stopped coming because I moved a bit further away, but after nightmarish experiences elsewhere I opted to suck it up and deal with the drive. Ron does not perform unnecessary work and the staff don't dig into your gums during cleanings. The wait times are short, everyone is super friendly, and they don't make you come in for excess appointments to over-bill your insurance. It is surprisingly hard to find all of these qualities in a single dental practice.
Dr. Curtis is a great person to begin with. He cares for the patient's needs most of all and his motto is "if ain't broke, don't fix it". He will only do the work you need and no more or less. The staff and hygienist are all amazing. I will always recommend him and his office!
