BEAUTIFUL FACILITY!!! With the rudest people in the world! You can't reserve a study room, you can't put your name on a list! You can't even seat and wait for a room, they won't tell you when it's available. Don't want help you and get mad if you make questions.

Terrible customer service, particularly to minorities. The little lady with the white hair at the front doesn t know how to talk to people. We will be filing a complaint and speaking with the news if we are not able to remedy this situation.

I called the library to ensure printing was available through use of the computers, the staff informed me yes and they closed at 8 p.m. at this time I headed over from Forney the neighboring city, less than 10 minutes away. I arrived and greeted the receptionist and she was friendly. I asked her "If I was able to use the computer only to print out my resume for job applications" due to my only other resources having no toner.

Then when I arrived in person, She asked with a smile still if I lived in Rockwall, I notified her I was from Forney 10 minutes away. Still with a smile she said "Well since youre outside of the city it will be 20 dollars."... I reitterated "20 dollars?" and she stated with a smile still "20 Dollars, Im sorry."

This is the most rediculous abuse of a public building I have encountered I am a 10 year veteran, homeless and with only 5 dollars to my name and my account in the negative... I used my gas to make it to this location to attempt to find and apply a job... but somehow because I dont have 20 dollars to access my email and then print. I am denied outright. Ive never been humiliated for being so poor at an outdated place like a library. Rockwall hit a new low.

We love this library! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful inside. And, I usually find great books in the Book Alcove for a donation.

I love this library..they put a lot of money into this location. It's clean and the staff is wonderful

This library is very modern looking and clean. I loved being here. There are a lot of amenities available here such as photocopying, notary and many others. The staff is good and friendly. I like the voting was done here because the library made it a neutral location.

Thoroughly enjoy this library. Wish they had more books in different languages. They also observe Texas Independence Day, March 2nd, so they are closed that day.

Super modern and beautiful architecture! Lot and lots of books! Great place to study on the second floor. They have these glassed in sound proof rooms for studying and holding classes!

This is a great Library. Rockwall County Library has a good selection of books for kids and adults. The staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. The building itself is large, modern, and comfortable. One of the best values in town.

Very quiet, clean library with free internet also professional front desk people to help you.

Whenever I visit this location, I am always pleased. There is quite a selection to choose from and if you can't find what you are looking for, they will get it for you. They are great about helping you and this is one of the quieter libraries you find nowadays. They have study rooms you can use and lots of sitting areas to choose from. They do charge you for a library card if you are from out of the county but it's 100% worth it if you are going to be spending time in Rockwall.

I've been to this library since I was young. The staff are nice and they have a wonderful selection of books. Sometimes the children's area is a bit noisy, but that's to be expected.

They are so helpful and polite every time I'm there.

I only give it 4 stars because of the noise. Small toddlers crying upstairs, adults talking on cell phones?! Consider making the second floor a quiet zone.

Great staff that uses the resources provided to them in the best manner possible. Good facilities and area (very safe).

Sometimes the collection is limited when compared to libraries that have been established longer or with larger budgets.

If the closing hours are at 5pm, that should mean at 5pm, not 4:55. I had enough time to print out 1 paper but was refused to because you'll were closed. Thanks for nothing. Otherwise never had any complaints here.

Really great library! Very nice and quiet. I do wish they had a cafe inside. That would make it absolutely wonderful!

I love all the Rockwall County Library has to offer. The study rooms upstairs are great to use when I need a convenient place to meet with clients without being in earshot of others. The staff is alway friendly. My son loves the selection of preteen/teen books.

This is an awesome library. The only problem I've ever had was when I was studying at the library one night and a lady told me I would have to make my way to the front because they were closing. No big deal I understand they were ready to leave for the night, but it was 7:45 pm. They close at 8pm! TOTAL BS!!! I've been to a better library than this and they didn't tell me to leave 15 minutes before close. It's too bad this is the only library in Rockwall. I would've given a 5 star review but after that experience I changed my mind.

This is a great library! It has Friendly staff, Great selections, and computers that you can use. You can apply for a library card for free, and it has a section just for kids and teens. Highly recommend going here if you need to go to a good library.

I always loved this library .. I like the serene atmosphere makes me want to study. Plus the outdoor balcony is great in the summertime

This library has a good areas for study/tutor sessions. Large selection of books, and very friendly and helpful staff!

They want to charge me $20 just to use the computer so I can print out my resume. I have only $5 left to my name and I've been using my mother's car to go to places to find work, I live with my older sister and no job. Thank you library from Rockwall to be my last hope and charge me $20 just to print out $3 worth of resumes. It was embarrassing for me to walk away because I don't even have that money because I have no job.

Fantastic library, would like if they opened earlier.

Amazing employees here. They are always friend and helpful. They answer email promptly and during COVID, let you check out books through the drive thru window.

I am so thankful and blessed to have this great library!
