I got no respect for Morgan memorial goodwill, because they got donated stuff and they over seller, and the supervisor are greedy, sometimes we poor people don't have a lot of money and they the supervisor will not give a discount for the junk goodwill sell, you can ask other customers.

tripled the price of books in the outlet, which were already more expensive than most other outlet locations. they know they can get away with it because a number of us rely on this resource for a living. pure greed.

This is the right place to get a good stuff for an amazing price also all the employees are so kind thanks

Wide selection of clothing, and housewares. Some great name brand garments can be found cheap.

I buy from here and Donate here as well. It's perfect for something you need quickly and something someone needs that you have. It's a win win situation

Dirty no size makrers on any of the clothing. EXTREMELY poor and unpleasant look and EXTREMELY scketchy peoplein the parking lot smoking Marijuana. Not a place to go .

This store smells really bad inside. They all do. I used to think the clothes was washed prior to going on shelves. There is mostly worn out shirts for $4 however I have found a few good deals. I got a nice tank top that I couldn't find for sale in the stores but overall it does seem overpriced. Also a seersucker Talbot's skirt

I think it's pretty decent the one on Commonwealth Avenue is excellent. I'm a healthy girl so I have more luck in the Harrison Ave though.

I have never seen a goodwill as organized like this one.

Really big lots to choose from clothes wise but only 2 dressing room and low on furnishings but they are at the mercy of donors and very nice and helpful

If you don't mind searching through the stuff, you can find good stuff. But this isn't the place for a quick visit!

Today I came to this location with my mom. They have a lot of things and huge location. A security man was so nice when I asked him for restroom but when we came to register to purchase a lady not nice to me and my mom. The way she treated us was rude because we Asian. After we purchased our clothes another follow my mom because she thought my mom stolen things when my mom only show me a nice shirt. They are so rude. They need more training. Only a security was really nice to me and my mom. Although I feel uncomfortable with their attitude but I still give this location 3 stars.

Some great bargains to be had here! Be prepared to spend some time shuffling through to find the good bits. If you go to the outlet store to the far left, there are even better Bargains, with clothes and household goods in bins, but beware the sharp elbows! Kind of fun though.

Find great bargains also have great laughs at the madness that takes place over donated merchandise that's resold LOL LOL LOL

mediocre at best, decent selection of games with little to no care looked at before putting them up. customer service was subpar and handed me the wrong item multiple times. extremely disappointed

It's like India: loud, smelly, lots of shoving, no two people speak the same language... but it's a goodwill outlet. So, I love it.

I grew up going to Morgan Memorial and always enjoyed it. As I've got older, I found it very confessing. Have bought a few good items over the years but you need a lot of time to go thru stuff.

The place is a mess and only one cashier on. The line was all the way to the back. Plus it was dirty.

Over priced donation when to buy a pair of speakers, price at $50 went to register, found out it was each. When on Craigslist are 40 for the pair. That's why I go to Savers.!!!

Sometimes they have some good stuff but when they do it s usually ridiculously over priced also the line seems to pile up really quickly, they need way more people at the registers.

The deal is the worst and they have no initiative of their own with any client

This is the largest goodwill I've ever been to. The selection is varied and I've always found great clothes for super cheap.

I COME HERE SOMETIMES TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY GOOD CLOTHING ITEMS. BUT TODAY THERE WASN'T ONE GOOD THING IN THE ENTIRE STORE.

This is a huge location that's best for clothing. The homegoods section is haphazard and things are constantly breaking and/or broken as they're sort of piled willy-nilly on top of make-shift shelving. You can find some good treasures, occassionally, but the clothing section seems to be the focus. They have an especially large amount of office attire, from casual to suits, as well as winter jackets and regular day-to-day stuff. It's well-organized, easy to sort through and there are some really nice, quality brands. Plus, the staff is friendly and everyone here seems generally happy which makes shopping here pleasant.

One of the larger Goodwill stores I've been to. This one has a very large collection of items (literally rows and rows of clothing!). Also conveniently has a large car park outside.

There prices are ridiculous high, it's not like the clothes are brand new. They are donated for God sake. I think good will needs to calm down with over pricing everything. The best place to shop is salivation army.i give good will one star.and that's my opinion freedom of speech.

When money is tight you can find what you need you just have to dig deep , like fishing for oysters friendly service.

It would be easier to find things is everything was sized up my hand was getting tired and if I felt so overwhelmed with so many things

This is probably the closest I've found to a "super goodwill" in Boston, and so you'll certainly find a better selection than at smaller locations. That said, the mild disorganization that seems to come with larger Goodwill locations is apparent here, especially in the "home goods" section at the back. Good, but nothing to set it apart from smaller stores except size.

Very large selection of clothing. Poor selection of anything else.

Great Selection, amazing deals if you have the patience to dig through it all. Kinda smells but not that bad. Staff are nice. Location is 5 min. from Rt. 93. I go there about once a month. Great way to save money.

My favorite part is that the proceeds go to career training to help people get better jobs.

Also great and also defend your cart with your life, had mine taken by a little kid (they run wild here) as my back was turned for 2 seconds and the only way to get one is to get there before they open. Not a complaint but more of a tip.

It's a gold mine.. lol You can find anything you need there for an affordable price... costumes, luggage, clothing, household goods!

Literally wanted to get some answers about a clothing voucher and constantly keeps hanging up on me I see the people in the front keeps purposely hanging up the phone , they refuse to let me speak to a manager or hire up but I believe they're in on it too . What kind of store treats people like that . So unprofessional and rude , all I needed was an answer . If I could give zero stars I would .

From most of the Goodwill stores I have visit so far, this ones is one of the biggest, organized and clean.

It is a friendly site and they also have good clothes that are also cheap. It is a clean site. Employees if they help one

A wide selection of items can be found here, how ever everything is over priced especialy the shoes a for example a payless shoes that cost $18 in a Payless atore is priced at $16 dollars at the good will store its retail prices for used goods and some of the stuff is really dirty to.

This is one of the bests goodwills I m greater Boston area. Huge selection of rich college kids clothes that are almost brand new sometimes I could also discover some cool artworks as well

The place is huge, messy, and surprisingly pricey for a thrift store.

Dropped off a bunch of clothes and took a spin around the store. Big store with color coded clothes and lots of coffee cups. Found an awesome abacus for my niece.

Best prices for a thrift store in Boston! I go here every week and walk out with something every time.

Not much for men's clothing, and there were only two dressing rooms. The line also took about 20 minutes for no reason. Seems pretty disorganized

It is definitely a discounted store in the hood now when you go to the suburbs they don't look at his discount store they look at it as retail maybe the suburb needs to come to the hood

I love it here I used to work here too many stuff here but customers they smell lot here watch out for smell good deals here.

I bought a beach cover up with American Eagle Tag still on it. They charged for a shirt even though it was not a shirt. The cashier asked if I wanted to round up a few pennies. I did not want to, yet, she decided she would add it anyway. I asked for her to charge the correct amount. The lead cashier assisted in reversal after the cashier tried to charge a one figure total to not reveal her added donation amount.

I'm giving this particular location 4 stars because the book selection is weak and the housewares are really a mess. I otherwise lover it. It's huge, mainly clothes though. So if your looking for books and housewares it's not the best. It's worth going once in a while but not regularly. U otherwise lover Goodwill they do great work and your can find great deals if you know what to look for.
