In all honesty, Rise Interpreting is amazing. Not many companies are aware of the ADA law and not many care for it. The RISE team works hard and repeatedly does all in their power to provide a deaf consumer with an interpreter when needed. Whoever has fought to provide an interpreter for a consumer knows it s a battle. Thanks Rise ... keep doing a great job

This agency has monopolized this type of work in the area. It is extremely unethical to have your own interpreter give your agency false testimonials this is a clear conflict of interest. They have little to no expectations for many of their interpreters. More than not I have had to file grievances due to lack of professionalism on their interpreter ends. This is very discouraging. Their consumers are not respected or valued. They refuse to speak to me directly when I have tried to communicate my concerns. They do not verify appropriate qualifications for their interpreters. The only interpreters that I can say are excellent and should receive 5 stars are: Amy Hart & Desere Patterson. Some of the issues I have encountered include: being late, interpreters being on their phone texting while they are supposed to work, interpreter leaving in the middle of an assignment, interpreter placing self out of the line of sight, stepping out of interpreter role to be in your own personal field trip, assignment starts and interpreter is not interpreting ,etc. The list is more extensive than this. This has been our experience in the last 6 years. Please be advised.

We use RISE anytime we need an outside interpreter. It is super easy to schedule an interpreter online. Once they have confirmed an interpreter, we get a confirmation letting us know exactly who will be coming. The interpreters from RISE have always been on time or early, dress professionally, and effectively communicate with our Deaf members, both in our church service and in small group settings. We would definitely recommend RISE.

I have used RISE Interpreting professionally for a long time now; they have consistently provided outstanding services fulfilling my interpreting requests. They continue to employ a myriad of high-quality sign language interpreters, support providers and other communication needs. I am pleased with their exceptional professional services. Their service did not cease during the pandemic era, Rise was able to immediately shift their organization to meet the needs of our ever-changing world. Thank you, Phil and RISE.

Not too hard to find, but I did pass it while driving. The room is nice, spacious and quiet. The staff are extremely sweet! There is a restroom if needed. Don't bring your belongings they just get in the way & can't be in the room with you, only water. The set up was smooth and non stressful. I recommend this testing center (:
