I can not recommend RFPM highly enough. I have been a member of my apartments Board for a number of years, which I view as an important and onerous task. The guidance that RFPM have provided to the Board navigating the MUD Act, health and safety issues, financial prudence and just making sure the day to day issues of our development are dealt with has been second to none. RFPM are responsive and highly professional, I know our development is in safe hands, and that I am fulfilling my duties as a director properly thanks to RFPM.

RFProperty Management did an excellent job in managing our development. They worked well with the owners committee to ensure a smooth running of the day to day affairs. The whole complex was always kept in immaculate condition and any matters arising were always dealt with in a timely manner. If there was ever an issue that needed to be seen to it was dealt with straight away. As a property owner I had to call on their services to deal with some issues in my apartment and they couldn't have been more helpful. An excellent management company with professional, friendly staff.

I think RF and the Directors of the Management Company do a fantastic job. Both through the media, and through my own job I have seen the absolute horror stories about apartment blocks that were never handed over to a management company, or were handed over to a poorly run management company. Every time I see this I thank my lucky stars that Southmede is so well run by RF and the volunteer directors of the Management Company.

RF Property manage Wyckham Place and they are always on hand and so kind when you ask them about anything. The property is maintained to such a high standard but its really the people in RF that makes the difference - nothing is a problem and they deal with every request so efficiently and with such consideration.

For the last 5 years I have lived in an apartment block in south Dublin managed by RFPM. Whenever there was an issue on the grounds it was resolved promptly. In my personal experience they always made themselves available and were friendly, professional and provided an all around great quality service. The grounds and blocks are always kept to the highest standard.

For the last year I worked closely with RFPM when I joined the Board of Directors and was able to see first hand how much personal care and commitment they have to the properties they manage. Terrible company who do everything in their power to be unhelpful. Their property manager who looks after Charlotte Quay Dock Apartments is very inefficient with even the most simple request seeming beyond him. One of the most deceitful and inept companies I ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

RFPM have managed Trinity Plaza apartments for about 12 years. I have been chairman of the OMC for most of that time. The professionalism, the depth of their knowledge, their enthusiasm and their determination to ensure that the apartment block is maintained to the highest standard makes RFPM the best managing agent in the business, in my experience. It is always a pleasure to work with them. My co directors and the residents are of that opinion.

RFPM have looked after the development which our apartment is part of since 2007. In that time we've seen good maintenance inside and out but also improvements both in presentation as well as security. They have also worked to ensure a good and sensible reserve for future issues or improvements as needed. Good record of response to enquiries and requests with prompt resolutions achieved.

As a Letting Manager for 12 years in Brock Delappe Estate Agents , I have dealt with every management company in Dublin , by Far RF Property Management are the most friendly , reliable , professional , efficient , and decent bunch of people to deal with. The test of any Property Management company is how they deal with a catastrophic event.
We recently had a fire in Northwood Apartments Santry where a whole block had to be evacuated.
RFPM's reaction was second to none.
All residents were accomodated in local hotels with board, while RFPM got on with the job of organising the contracting companies to virtually rebuild part of the block.
Half of the block were reinstated 12 days later while the other half still reside in high standard local accommodation.
RFPM's Director, property manager, and office staff have shown, and continue to show, exception resolve and professional dedication to the residents of Northwood.
A huge Thank You is never enough in these situations.

RF Management Company is the Management Company of the Bellevue complex since it was built in 2002. I have lived there since the beginning and RFM have done an excellent job. Bellevue is so well-maintained always. RFM are always watching out for ways to improve the complex, for example, the Window maintenance project that is currently under-way. Anytime I need to contact the RFM team, they are very friendly and great to follow up on whatever the issue is. RFM took part in the latest AGM via Zoom which was a great opportunity for owners to be updated on current affairs and it was great that we did not have to wait for this until we could all sit in a room together. I would highly recommend RFM as a management company.

As a director of the Trinity Plaza Owners' Management Company for fifteen years I have had dealings with three property management companies and RFPM, who I've worked with for over ten years, are far and away the best in my experience. They have been exceptionally good at responding to, taking the initiative on and rectifying the day to day issues as they arise. They have engaged in and managed very effectively some major projects including complete building refurbishment, lift replacement and fire safety upgrades. They have also been exemplary in managing our finances on a day to day basis including the collection of management fees, following up with defaulters, dealing directly with contractors and payment of invoices.
