Bait and switch. This dealer had a car listed online for $15,500, so we inquired over the phone and came in to buy it. After showing us several cars that weren't the same car, they raised the list price from the online listing to over $18,000. Then they added all their dealer fees and raised the price to over $20,000 for a used car, which was basically the MSRP of a new one. They offered us $500 for our trade in and weren't willing to negotiate with us at all other than to ask us to buy a Kia instead. Salesman was Carlos. Avoid this place if you don't want to be taken advantage of.
What a disappointment.
