Your Eye Shop

My daughter needed an eye exam and glasses. They got us in and now we're picking up her glasses in a couple of hours. Very nice people and very friendly and helpful. Thank you

I'm literally in the waiting area as I type this while my children are getting their eyes examined and I'm listening to one of the employees make derogatory remarks about how she can't stand how all the Soonercare patients complain about "our glasses selection". Her remarks didn't stop there either.
Needless to say, I will be spreading the word.
This place employs judgemental humans that profile their clientele.

When they were in business the staff was not very customer friendly.

i haven't been here but when i saw a derogatory remark made by the owner to a customer review that was both childish and inappropriate that sealed my case for sure. I have special vision needs and spend several thousand dollars for special care but will drive to Tulsa if needed rather than go to a place like this. Shame on you for being verbally/mentally abusive with your patients. I will be recommending soonercare remove you from the provider list (if your even still in business) for abusive and prejudice treatment of patients also, as should everyone who felt this happened.

The hours on door is incorrect first to start out with. The lady that was there was very rude to us acted like she didn't want to help us see the glasses or help us with the insurance process. My daughter was playing in there kid area which was a nice add to a business but when I told her it was very helpful for people with children she remarked unless you have to clean it up daily so I picked it up for her and didn't let my child play anymore since she seemed to be bothered by it. We went to the eyeshop in keys since we had very bad customer service and found same brand we was looking at for 400 at tahlequah shop for 100 in the key customer service was great worked with us and explained everything insurance covered and didn't so I will be going back there but diffently not the eye shop of tahlequah.

Customer service was poor at best. The staff seemed to be to busy to work with me even though I was the only one in the store. I would not recommend this store to anyone in the Tahlequah area.

Awesome people! That have always been there when I needed my glasses repaired. I bought two pairs of glasses from Lonnie and will buy my next glasses from him soon.

The most unpleasant 100$ i ever spent like it was an obligation to get my contacts right so i could see didnt mean to be such a burden on this company i will not return to burden them any longer poor customer service By ms Moore

I have NO clue as to why this place would get a negative review. I have been doing business with this family owned business for 13+ years. I have been treated well and my prescription is always right. I have very special vision needs and I invest in my vision responsibly. Over the years, I have purchased at minimum over 20 pairs of glasses and a dozen sunglasses - all prescription from Your Eye Shop and have recommended countless people who have had amazing experiences as well. I would consider myself an expert in knowing the quality of care and service I have received. I love the fact the the owner works with me through the beginning of the process until the end. I have chosen Your Eye Shop over locations in Tulsa and surrounding areas because of the amazing quality I receive. I WILL NEVER GO ANU PLACE ELSE REGSRDLESS OF THE DRIVE. (I currently live 1 1/2 hours away.) So before judging the sitstuon bu someone's negativity, see for yourself.

Ugh he customer service tho. Like why can't you all stop silently judging people? I'm just here to get glasses can't I take as much time as I need before you rush me out the store?

I've bought several pairs of prescription glasses here.Their selection of frames is the best . Customer service is also very good. My son who was home on leave from the military needed to have his military issue glasses repaired. They repaired his glasses at NO charge!!!
