It was my first time using a relocation service, and I wish I had access to UrbanBound for all my prior moves. Bob was the agent assigned to help, and he was great in facilitating the services and answering all the questions that my husband and I had about vehicles/movers/payments/etc. It was a huge relief to know that everything was covered- thanks again, Bob!
