I got the most neglectful treatment I have ever received. The business is entirely made up of middle aged white men that don't want to listen to young people's ideas, inspite being a government representative set up to aid British citizens whilst setting up their new business, apart from young black women. The level of discrimination and racism I faced whilst interacting with SwigFiance was uncalled for and completely unfair and unnecessary. I showed you that I have got relevant experience but its dismissed because I am a young black woman, therefore they felt that I was incapable of running a bussiness inspite of being well educated with a University degree.
Swigfiance has shown through their public archive that they do no associate with young Black woman and black people in general, this is such a shame as I believe this is the main reason why my application was dismissed without them attempting to even do their jobs or provide any kind of useful advice.
