Have used this company for many years. But this time the customer service was awful.
I contacted the company to place an order but the person I needed to speak to was away, an no body else could help me. I emailed to place an order, but this email was lost by their system and lucky I called to chase things up.
I placed an order and at the time of the order no-body informed me that all the items were out of stock. When I contacted the customer service manager, I received a short email stating the items where out of stock. and would be sent as soon as available. It's very strange as all the items I ordered were "Stock Item".
I have contacted the customer service manager several times about the order but have not received a response. Nobody can be on holiday that long... ..
I still have 1 item outstanding, but not sure when it will arrive as no one will answer my email... .
Very poor customer service... ..
