UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I am personally invited to ISM's marketing event and register myself. Subsequently I get a message that I am NOT allowed to come because I would not be in the target group (am Head of Global Marketing). I indicate "not amused" about this, but do not receive an answer. In order to get an invitation today or I want to come to the same event. WHERE ARE YOU BUSY? YOU SHOULD BE THE EXPERT IN SEGMENTING AND TARGETING? Terribly poor customer experience
