Bad service, my appoiment was 8am - 11:30 am for pre-load trailer and i have 5 hrs waiting here, and the guy from shipper i ask him 2 times about my load and he respond me with attitude. When i gone see on my qualcomm lod from this shipper i gone decline the load

As per guard shack at this shipper; FMCSA regulations do not exist on this property. As per FMCSA, it is illegal for any shipper or receiver to require a CMV driver to be in violation on federal regulations. If this illegal activity ever occurs again, Lozier will be reported to the FMCSA.
