Totaalnet appears to have taken over customers of Versatel and therefore Zonnet, from the second half of 2020. They are quick to collect money, but providing service and responding adequately to e-mails regarding their lousy service, they do not accept that. Called them for clarification, got an employee on the line, who very arrogantly cut off the conversation. Impact 75 in Duiven is not at home with the customer.
