This firm is not what represent if you want a home . Had a rental over x mas . Home had issues with sewage , dirt , dust , and mold . Not suitable for a 28 month old . Operators reimbursed the cost of the rental without hesitation . However Resortia took no responsibility for our out of pocket cost for not using the the unit. We had to leave , rearrange our x mad for 8 people .
Go direct to rent luxury homes these guys do not take any responsibility . CEO comment to me stuff happens so to bad you wasted money on flight changes , groceries, baby rentals , etc

Horrible Company. I have been trying to get a refund for a Steamboat Springs rental scheduled for May of 2020. Covid hit and I cancelled the reservation because the scheduled wedding could not take place in town.
VRBO refunded me their fee but this bunch still won't refund the remainder of the deposit. I have given them plenty of time. I have been patient. They do not return phone calls or text messages. This is ridiculous!! Please stay away from this group. I wish I had never have gotten involved with Resortia and Grey Schumacher. I wish nothing more than for them to go out of business.

My family and I have been to Steamboat many times over the years and have typically stayed at hotels and condos. We thought we would try rental a home this time. The condos and hotels have shuttles about every 15 min so I asked about how we would get from the house to the store, restaurants, ski hill, etc. Jake told me there was a private shuttle that could take us where we needed to go. Not true. The private shuttle is not a private shuttle - it's a direct bill account with Go Alpine that only allows for 1 round trip from the home to Gondola Square a day. Needless to say this was a unwelcome surprise. I reached out to the owner of Steamboat RBO Grey and he did not call me back. I spoke with Jake and he said it was his mistake - he wasn't aware it would only take us on 1 round trip. He offered nothing else thus my 1 star review. We will now be paying 4$ per person plus 2$ / mile. Not a huge deal but it will add up.
The home is nice but it is not without issues. See posted photo of broken front steps. My wife and youngest son fell walking out of the home this morning. Not a good experience thus far. Get all the information before you book a RBO.
