Very disappointed in the service provided thus far Its very embarrassing that this is the second time , I have not been able to complete a job because of TONER. Supplies are not sent in enough time , & a few of the toners were MISMATCH (Stated on the printer)! I run a business & I am constantly working throughout the night - So when the printer decides it wants to run out of ink at night , I SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE A BACK UP!! It s friday & i have to miss out on work for TWO days until you all open.! I would not recommend anyone !

Repro is great. I work in tv/flim production and had a timeline of about 5 min to get a wide format printer at the beginning of our show's 1st season. Bill and his team were able to get me a wide format printer in 4 mins! For a company that isn't used to working with the film industry, they sure didn't show it. Excellent customer service and very fast with deliveries of paper and ink. I'd highly recommend them to any other show in town!
