Very disappointed in the service provided thus far...

Very disappointed in the service provided thus far Its very embarrassing that this is the second time , I have not been able to complete a job because of TONER. Supplies are not sent in enough time , & a few of the toners were MISMATCH (Stated on the printer)! I run a business & I am constantly working throughout the night - So when the printer decides it wants to run out of ink at night , I SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE A BACK UP!! It s friday & i have to miss out on work for TWO days until you all open.! I would not recommend anyone !
