Worst landlords I ve ever had. Ripped us off of security deposit for damages that were preexisting. When we showed them proof they never got back to us. We also lived in the house with flees for 3 weeks because the previous tenants had cats so they did not even clean up before we moved in. I do not recommend.

I just finished writing a review for my terrible old apartment landlord, and I thought it would be a nice balance to say how WONDERFUL Rent Campus was for me. My friend and I lived in one of their units for 2 years, and even during a shift in management, they were always honest and helpful. My security deposit was returned within 30 days and in Philly that's hard to come by. They charged for paint, and the paint they use is garbage but honestly, who cares. They were great to talk with, especially when I went in to their office. Definitely recommend working with them.

Probably the worst company I have dealt with while at Temple University thus far. Buyer Beware of Sean Patrick! He is a great guy on the surface but does not have the professional skills necessary to do the job. Please get a lease from them before paying anything - it is the law!

Rent Campus is great!

I've had a variety of landlords over the years and they are so far the best. Quick to respond to maintenance requests, respectful of your privacy and they have a great friendly staff!

I would highly recommend that you rent with them as they put a lot of effort into maintaining clean and modern apartments that are comfortable to live in.

I'd be writing for days to express how awful this management company is. Instead I will allow for my rating demonstrate my dissatisfaction. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

If I could give 0 stars. I just signed a lease with them and it was the beginning of hell. If I call 20 times I get them to answer once. And then apparently the person I need to speak to the so-called office manager is never there and no one else knows anything she alone knows what's going on. All I need was someone to give me the exact u intake because what is on my lease didn't match what PGW and PECO have listed so now it's a day before move in and I've been calling for a straight month only to not have utilities because They won't answer. They have no physical address that I could find because literally up until yesterday it said 1414 Oxford Ave which I walked to and saw an empty building. The address on the website 800 N 2nd St says it's for mail only so I'm willing to bet there's no one there either. I wonder what the chances are that this new 123 Chestnut place is real.

Very unprofessional. Had scheduled to see 2 properties with them but the agent messaged a night earlier that both properties are rented and I need not travel to Philly. I had told him I was taking leave from my job and had bought tickets for NYC to Philly. Upon asking if there were any more properties to show, he didn't answer. I now see the same properties being listed on hotpads. I have never seen such unprofessional people .

Excellent! I lived for an year in one of their apartment and it was a great experience. The landlord and the staff are amiable and really helpful and I always got quick and positive response whenever I needed any kind of maintenance. Their dealings with lease and rent-related issues were also very transparent. Will definitely look forward to rent their apartment if I move back in the neighborhood in future.

Never renting from them again, terrible company. Moved in the house was trashed, they never bothered to fix things up from the previous tenants and in our lease we were promised a dryer and a dishwasher and neither of those worked and out of all the times we've mentioned it only once has someone come by to fix it and he never finished. Several leaks in the ceilings. Don't rent from them they are extremely unprofessional.

I can't express enough the importance of having a dependable agent help a parent find an apartment for their child to live in during the school year when not from the local area. We stumbled upon listings with rentcampusonline and got in contact with Oren. I was expecting someone to just show my son an apartment, but Oren went above and beyond to familiarize us with the area and sent us videos of the apartment and the area our son would be living in. It was amazing how much Oren helped us. We are more than satisfied and we can now feel at ease because Oren made us feel comfortable with where our son is going to live. I thought doing everything through the phone and computer would be difficult but Oren was perfect! Will definitely recommend Oren from Rentcampusonline in the future.
