They seem to throttle internet download speeds to half of what they advertise during the afternoon. The Basic plan advertises "up to" 40mbps but you'd be lucky to get 30mbps when you really need it. Browser speed tests regularly report 20-27mbps download rates so the service is at best inconsistent....
