Do Not buy Redback. Functions of the inverter do not work as promoted. Drops the internet connection 3 times a week. Requires manual reset every time. Service department does not respond to your complaints. I could have paid a lot less money. Shop elsewhere people.
I chose this company because they were innovative and Australian. I wanted a hybrid system as I get the occasional blackout and wanted backup power. This company fits the bill.

Apart from some minor teething problems, which Redback quickly and efficiently fixed, my experience with this company and product has been first class.
