Recall Americas is a reliable company with good products. Their customer service team was very attentive and resolved my issue quickly.

The service provided is great, the movers are nice, but the customer service is awful. No one will answer my questions over the phone, they respond by telling me to email them, after I have been on hold or on the line for 10 mins or more. I have received nothing but choppy incomplete answers in response to my questions. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and courtesy I have received in the last 3 months of dealing with them.

Great people! Awful place to work. Glad the folks that were there to make it bad no longer work there.
