Amazing experience as a first time BMW owner. From the saleswoman Audra who was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient and accommodating to my needs to Amanda the finance manager who assisted me in closing the deal. Never felt pressured. Never had to leave a DOLLAR as a deposit. No harassing after calls to come back after I said I needed to think. Everything was true to their word- SO HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE! I don t know how I lived so long without a BMW! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

I had the opportunity to purchase a low-mileage 2016 Land Rover LR4. Damon Morse was my Client Advisor and was engaging, quite knowledgeable and possessed excellent customer service skills.
Once the deal was consummated, he introduced me to the Finance Director. Marie was easy to work with... transparent and very clear regarding all the finance options.

I highly recommend purchasing a New or Previously-owned vehicle from Habberstad!

Visited Huntington BMW on 5/15/2021 and was treated in a deplorable manner, as some sort of second class citizen!
Was not offered help after looking and walking around in the dealership for an adequate amount of time. Then when I did ask for help, the young man at the front was desk called one of the sales representatives and practically begged him to help me and kept stating yes she just had a few questions.Then I was told to walk over to the rep. I questioned so all the representatives sitting at the desk could ve helped me? I was told it is a luxury car dealership, as if I didn t realize that.

Furthermore was told he calls the sales reps then I walk over. The rep told me it was close to closing time after I was looking at inventory for a while and other customers were being helped freely.
I am a hot buyer looking in the mid/size luxury department and just wanted to compare the inventory versus Lexus where I was treated exceptionally before making a final decision.

Case in point this dealership profiles clearly, does not want business and assumes ignorantly that you cannot afford base your persuasion.

I live in Huntington but would travel to another dealership to compare based upon the lack of customer service at this dealership.

Training, customer service and level of professionalism need to happen expeditiously or continue to miss out on business.

My experience with all aspects of my vehicle purchase was very smooth and professional. Vehicle was delivered clean and all aspects were explained thoroughly to me. I did everything over the phone and with email. Showed up to sign and for them to check that my trade in was per the photos I had sent them. Was in and out of there in one hour and on my way back to Pennsylvania with my new wheels. Shout out to Chris my salesperson for a smooth transaction !

Demetri is without a doubt the most professional salesman that I ve ever come across and had the pleasure of dealing with. No detail of the purchase of any of my cars from him was ever overlooked. Sabrina in finance is the consummate professional and makes buying process a pleasure.

This was my first experience with Habberstad but it will certainly not be my last. The team that assisted me with my first BMW purchase could not have been more knowledgeable and professional while also making sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. Chris Abbatiello was, and continues to be outstanding in making sure that all of my needs were met. Amanda in Finance was a pleasure as was Matt, who walked me through every single detail of my new car. I have purchased many cars but have never felt as valued as I did with this team.

I just want to say that Habberstad saved me big time. Anthony Sofield provided stellar customer service over the telephone, via email and in person. Unfortunately, I did not purchased my vehicle at Habberstad but was treated as if I did. Everyone in the service department that I interacted with was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely be purchasing my next BMW from Habberstad. Keep up the outstanding work and thank you again Anthony. The 4.7 star Google rating is definitely commendable.

I have had the greatest experience at this dealership. I am very satisfied with my purchase and in terms of how great the car looks and feels. my salesperson Damon was very accommodating. Also, great thanks for Sabrina the financial manager, unbelievable person with such great attitude she explained all the details about the extended warranty and offered great price, professional !. Finally the Matthew, showed me everything to operate every single function on the car and was very patient with me highly recommended.

This is my favorite location to get my car serviced and initiate a new lease or sale! Audra the sales person is awesome. If you tell her what you want she will search and give you the best deal. She is very responsive. Jerry, is the Representative who assisted me with my service a couple of days ago and he was friendly and just so pleasant to speak to. I was out within an hour with my car inspected a clean car!
