UPDATE 3/26/19: Jane Yates was the agent on a home I had an offer accepted on. After the home inspection was done, you could scroll down the list while drinking your coffee, eating breakfast, then lunch, then prepare dinner. The house was nothing but a nightmare. It took nearly going to court to get my due diligence back at Jane Yates never checked on one thing in the home, the AC was broke, plumbing didn't drain, deck is a safety hazard etc. This was around 3/14/19. Remax is sure of one thing: too many inexperienced agents, years does not equal experience. Any agent with common sense could have walked into the house, flipped switches etc. I was given 20 minutes to view the property, my mistake for putting in an offer under pressure. 3/26/19: The broker spoke to me on the phone today, said they would not work with me as representing or selling to me because they are "Too large a brokerage and don't have time for one on one." Said flat out - "We are professionally denying you home sales and are sorry." Well, the reality is, if the seller didn't lie to the listing agent, who didnt' check on things that need to be disclosed, then this agency would not be saying that to me. It's the seller and the listing agents fault. Hence, years does not equal experience, obviously the broker doesn't realize this either. I mean, his slogan to me was "We don't have time for personal time". Yeah, you dont have time to flip a light switch on a house you have listed either. Look elsewhere other than this Agency.

Faith Bryant is amazing....as first time home buyers, and having NO CLUE about the process she guided us with baby steps.
If we had a question in the evening or weekend, she would reply within the hour. No matter how silly the question was. She advised us on any inspections we may want.
