One of the worst places I have ever lived. The photos online are not an actual depiction of what the house looks like. They must be photos from at least several years ago. The rooms have terrible humidy and mold, it literally made me Ill from the week I got there. The management is terrible. They are nice at first but fail to respond to important emails once they get your first, last and deposit. They never actually use the fingerprint door. Some of the rooms contain several people who aren't even students. So there are more people living in the home than there are rooms. There was literally no where to place my stuff in the fridge or the cabinets. The washer ruined all my clothes, it didn't work properly and there isn't even a dryer. The help doesn't actually clean all main areas. there was always a pile of dirty dishes in the sink that the help refused to wash. This place just isn't worth it. Your better off finding something else. If I could give them a zero I would. I had to move out of my room because of the heavy smell of mold and moisture. They refused to give me my deposit and last months rent back. The conditions of the home where so bad i moved out anyways.

Palermo's house is always a pig farm, they party not only on the weekend, but also during the week. Neighbors are tired and we continually have to speak to the police and file complaints.
