I would like to bring attention to MacKayla at Elevate 54. She is an exceptional employee.
MacKayla was my first preference point of contact during my transition during and after moving.
She provided clear and concise guidance which made my move stress free.
In addition, the maintenance staff is the best ever.
Bell Partners should be proud to have these employees representing Elevate 54.

Be careful renting at a location managed by Bell Partners. They are a shady company with shady Management. See my review of their regional office of Orlando for details. They have basically decided that ignoring me a tenant is the most appropriate way of doing business. I just want to be free of them and they refuse to release me. Like I belong to them.

We've lived at Bell properties twice in the last few years and never had a reason to contact the home office. Recently due to the Covid-19 virus we found ourselves in a position to have a need to communicate directly with them. Although our initial conversation went well, when we recently spoke it went in a completely different direction. I was talked over, concerns dismissed, and treated as if I wasn't the customer, but someone who was paid to work for them and therefore subject to being spoken down to. We will NEVER lease an apartment that is managed by this company again. Complete disrespect of the very people who contribute to paying their salary. All I can say is renter beware!

Beware-- I lost my job during covid, planned to end my lease on the lease end date, was told I did not provide enough notice (even though all 4 years I lived there I was told I could let them know until the day of the end of the lease if I was renewing or not), I moved out, I did not receive a bill or any contact from them, and 2 months later I get a call from collections agency!!! I called the office to find out why they never sent me anything, and they said they mailed my final statement to my old apartment address that I no longer lived in.....it was never forwarded to me, and it was returned to sender (them).....yet still no contact from them (they have my email, phone number etc), instead just sent me to collections. Can't believe I called this place home for 4+ years! Have been trying to reach corporate or regional management, no luck. They also want me to pay prorated rent for the lack of notice, at my full rental amount, when the building had 0 amenities due to covid (pool closed, gym closed, no package interception etc). not even close to a full service building for the last 8 months I lived there. I was understanding during my time there and continued to pay my rent on time and in full, but can't understand how they want me to pay this even after I moved out. No one responds to work with me on payments that I didn't even know about, and or to pull my file out of collections, as I don't know how you can report someone to collections if you have never even contacted them first with the bill. Will get an attorney to settle this if I have to.

I lived at the Latitude for 2.5 years. Bell partners took over about a year ago and you can see a clear difference. The entrance gates do not work. The hallways needs to be power washed badly. They try to bully you and threaten their lawyers will get involved. My latest issue is while attempting to pay my rent they were having issues with the third party company that collects the rent. At no fault of my own the payment would not process. I called multiple times, called multiple people (the third party company, the local office, and the corporate office) over multiple days before the 5th. I kept attempting to pay. Kept calling. Now after the fifth they charged me a late fee, did not want to help me, and told me to call their lawyers because they are filling eviction paperwork. I'm not sure if this just our local office or if this the culture of the whole company. I would be cautious about moving to latitude of Wescott.

DO NOT rent any properties that have to do with Bell Partners. I live in Fortress Grove apartments in Murfreesboro, TN and they are trying to charge me twice for the rent due for October. I already have a confirmation of my payment. Now they are saying it was never paid and added late fees. They don t care about their tenants they are more money hungry !

I live at Latitude at Wescott One of the worst places. Constant issues, you can go through the chain of command from the people in the front office and up into corporate and you just get ignored. Was told I'd have a 500 dollar credit added to my rent since I cleaned the apartment and fixed leaky pipes, cleaned blood off the walls. Still nothing. Been here 4 months and the gates to get in and out still don't work. Been told they haven't worked in 3 years. So many other issues but what's the point of putting them here, this company wants your money and nothing else. They don't care about their renters.

Karen in operations was excellent! She was able to help me with a pretty serious issue although I have not lived at the bell property in question in years. She had no obligation to help since I was no longer a resident, but she did it out of kindness. Thank you Karen!
